Do Clari users, who are just a “viewer” vs. a contributor or manager, need a Salesforce (CRM) license as well? Thanks in advance!
For a manager the blue team rollup is not showing/displaying an aggregate total value for a forecast field.Example: Example where aggregate total value is displayed:if at least one of your team members has an incomplete status "null" for their forecast call, you will not see the Team Rollup in blue. See screenshot below for what a incomplete "null" forecast call looks like for a team member:

Hi all, Looking to bulk pause flows on certain accounts but can’t seem to find a way other than going to the outbox on certain flows where users on an account have been added and cherry picking to remove them. Any ideas for a workaround?
Manager, Commercial Account Management Joe Gonzalez ( @JGonzalez) , shared that one interview question he asks every AM candidate is, “you have a large number of accounts; how do you prioritize that book?” The answers he gets are varied, but the key 🗝 to how he actions this for his team is by using Accounts in Clari. See how he answers, “Are we engaging with our top accounts?” at week 4 of the quarter: How do you prioritize your top accounts? Note: Accounts is a Clari add-on. If you are interested in learning more, contact your Clari Account Manager.
Hi all :)I was wondering if it is also possible to have a normal login option instead or in addition to SSO?By normal I mean with a user name (email) and password. I didn't find any resources on that.Any suggestions on how to enable this?
Is there anyway to bring Contact Roles into our reporting in Clari?
How often should I meet with my sales team -- as a group and for 1 on 1s.??What should be discussed in these meetings? What metrics should we look at?Thank you
Hi,Does anyone know if it is possible to download the data from the trend analysis tool? Thanks.
I want to link directly to opportunities in the grid view from tools outside of Clari, rather than provide a link directly to Salesforce, I want our AEs to go directly to that opportunity in the grid. Is this possible do we think?
Is there anyway to get Forecast view notes to export in the API does anyone know please?

There are some scenarios where the forecast call only needs to be made at a certain level in the hierarchy - e.g. only the individual ICs need to make the call, or maybe only the manager levels need to make the call. It’d be great if we could mark a forecast call column as not required for a role type so that they dont see the red “x” if they don’t populate that forecast call.
Is it possible to limit which fields are shown in a given mode? I’d like to import a bunch of different fields from Salesforce that are relevant to my business unit and how we track opportunities, but they aren’t relevant at all to Sales in the general sense. It would be great if I didn’t clutter up the main views that Sales use and have my team use a specific view for our purposes that expose the fields we primarily use. I know that folks can use the Configure Columns feature to turn off fields they don’t want to see, but with hundreds of users, it’s unlikely most will do that. I was hoping to be able to filter that down before it even gets to their particular view/mode.Thanks
Is there a way to quickly reset all of the opportunities I’ve starred without manually clicking them all? Thanks
As a revenue operations team that manages a SaaS portfolio, it is critical for us to forecast three numbers; Renewal, New Business (New Logo & Expansion), and Total Amount. In our Forecast view, we can easily separate based on the associated SFDC fields. If I am looking to show only the new amount or Renewal amount in a dashboard view is that possible. Simply pinning a filtered view seems to only pull from the total amount field. Ie. How many deals have impacted Commit decreasing (ie. slipped, closed lost, downgraded)? What is the total of new business? Renewal Business? Right now I can see I lost $100 but I cannot see that 50.00 was new business and 50.00 was renewal. Can Clari support this kind of view?
One of our customers is rolling out a new internal account review process for out top strategic accounts. Has anyone else done this? Can you share templates, best practices, etc?
If you are tracking products/product families in your CRM, you might be interested in evolving your forecasting process to be more precise and segment forecasting by products. 💡Clari can help you achieve this by configuring the Forecast module to surface insights about your Products. Here is a quick introduction to this concept in Clari as well as what to expect operationally: Introduction: Watch the Product Level Forecasting Webinar (15MIN, + Q&A) Review the post, How do I forecast by products? Confirm answers to the following basic requirements: Product Filters - How do you define each product or product line? Product Filter Segment - Are products also bundled into 'product families'? Relevant Amount - What amount field do you aggregate on? Forecasting Cadence - Who is responsible, is a Forecast call required? And that would be by unlocking the power of Copilot’s Universal search. This is where you find the search in Copilot. For what feels like the millionth quarter in a row, users within your existing Role Hierarchy have changed roles, moved to new teams, left the company, or been promoted. When this happens within a Role Hierarchy, those users take the deals they owned and closed with them to wherever they land next. This can make historical reporting an exercise in keeping your sanity (sometimes we lose that fight). This occurs because of the limitations within Salesforce’s Role Hierarchy setup. Each user who closes out a deal will have that deal associated with them unless you move that deal or create a placeholder. We discuss how to do this and what it can look like here. Yet, each suggested approach Clari recommends is merely a bandaid fix for what is a structural issue when it comes to deal movement from your CRM, which may be fine if your sales team isn’t too big or you don’t experience changes often, but can be painful for growing sales teams. You are reviewing a call but suddenly remembered a question from another call with the prospect two weeks ago.
