Have you ever looked at the deal prioritization widget () and wondered what these two scores mean?🤔 What’s the difference between them? How are these two calculated, and more importantly, which to refer to when and for what? If yes, then this post is for you- read on to learn more 👇 The CRM Score is a single number that represents how likely a deal is to close based on that particular deal’s behavior relative to similar deals. For example, a score of 89 means that the deal has an 89% chance of closing as won (A deal that has already been won would have a score of 100, and a deal that’s been lost would have a score of 0)So, you could think of CRM Score as a data point for you to pressure test your reps’ forecast during deal inspections or 1:1s. The CRM scores are color-coded like this: 0-59 = red 60-79 = yellow80-100 = greenIn calculating the CRM Score, Clari analyzes many factors about a deal and compares it to historical patterns in your data. Clari uses machine learning to determin
Hi - I’m curious about other’s call volume with Clari Copilot. We use Teams and record about 2700 calls per month.
Why was Copilot MCP Server removed from the July release notes? Can someone from Clari share an update on when we can get more information and when this will be released?
Hello,I need help creating Deep Links with Clari. I would like to share a link to the Clari “Deal Opportunity line with the Expanded view “Insights” focus selected. Is this possibile? Thanks!
We’re a business with 50% customer self serve and 50% managed services, opportunity led business. Self service revenue and volumes do not touch our opportunity objects in salesforce, has anyone else found a way of delivering customisable indicators which show decreases in self serve volumes and revenue numbers?
I would like to have a Dashboard sent to me on a regularly scheduled cadence. Is that possible? If that is not possible, is it possible to do so for reports? This would be similar to dashboards in SFDC where both can be sent regularly
We want a single view in Clari/Copilot to see all future scheduled meetings for a selected team. In our tenant, Copilot → Team Calls does not show meetings after today even with a future custom date range. Is there a native module/view for upcoming team meetings, or is Copilot Team Calls limited to captured/processed conversations?
Hi Clari Support Team,I am reaching out because I have recurring meetings scheduled with clients via Outlook, but they are not showing up as upcoming meetings under my account activity in Clari. Several of my accounts are displaying no upcoming meetings, which is incorrect. These are recurring meetings set up directly in Outlook, and I would expect them to reflect as upcoming activity within Clari Groove/Copilot so my account engagement is accurate.Could you help me troubleshoot why these meetings are not syncing or appearing correctly? Please let me know if you need any additional details from me, such as specific account names or meeting examples.Thank you!Jamie Anderson
Wondering if it would be possible to show a dynamic target for the goals on the historical trend line widget in Clari. Thanks,JanicaSilverfort
In Clari Forecast, would love to see a way to see dynamic YTD performance based upon current quarter. That is if in Q2, I would see a column of YTD Quota (Q1 Quota + Q2 Quota) and YTD Results (Closed, Commit, Best Case & Pipeline). In Q3, this data would reflect Q1+Q2+Q3, so that the YTD Quota and Results would change based upon the current quarter that we’re in.
Hi, So far when I am using Groove, I am only able to reply in an email thread if that contact is enrolled in a flow. What if I have an existing email thread with a contact that I want to contact directly via Groove? It appears that there is no way to do this directly in Groove. I would need to reply via Outlook or Salesforce. For context, Salesforce is our CRM and we work in Outlook. We previously used Hubspot, and it was capable of replying to a thread as a one-off, it did not need to be enrolled in a flow. Thank you!
Overview When a Copilot call finishes processing, Copilot automatically creates a Task in Salesforce How to Find if Copilot pushed a call to Salesforce? For a given call in Copilot: Open the Call Review page. In the right-hand CRM Info panel, look for the Salesforce section. If the call has been pushed, you’ll see “Logged to CRM” plus an arrow icon (at the right corner) that opens the Task directly in Salesforce. If “Call Not Pushed to Salesforce” appears, the Task was not created. Fields Automatically Pushed to Salesforce (Default) These are the out-of-the-box Task fields Copilot populates without any additional CRM writeback configuration (i.e., what we push apart from any custom-mapped fields): WhoId What it is: SFDC Name Field (Contact). Value: Contact matched from external meeting attendees. WhatId What it is: SFDC Related To field (non-person object). Value priority: Opportunity linked to the external attendee(s) on the call If none, Account This drives where the
Hi, is it possible to edit what columns are showing when adding a widget from the forecasts onto dashboards? ThanksEstelle
The opportunity grid uses red and green to highlight changes. We have a rep with a color blindness- for him the green and red becomes Gred… and its hard for him to differentiate the two.Any plans on enabling to chose different colors? What do you recommend? Im surprised I didnt find anything about this topic in the community.. Thank you!Adi
I want the ability to schedule an email of my entire open pipeline so I can log in each Monday and have access to the data and create AI workflows to provide quick insights.
Hi I need to display some fields available on the salesforce account object on Clari Opportunity Grid, and Opportunity Details layouts. Do I need to create the same field at the opportunity level in SF to display the opportunity layouts in Clair?
Greetings. I'm looking for advice when it comes to accessing calls from deleted users. We set up Clari Copilot in a way that specific roles have access to calls based on manager. However, when a user is deleted, they lose that manager designation and therefore only those with access to all calls in the system (which is basically just me) can find them.Does anyone have any recommendations for how we can prepare for (or respond to) providing access to all calls of a deleted user to their manager? Right now, we encourage managers to tag themselves or teammates in the calls before the user is deleted. But that's not always possible before they're taken out of the system.
Can you tell me why the ACV mentioned in CLARI does not always correspond with the Salesforce value?
I have a manager who wants to be able to search for call results in copilot (connected, left voicemail, etc) however I cannot see a way to currently do that with the available options and there is not a way to link the task/activity data back to the record in copilot using custom fields.
Hi team -I am looking to build a pipeline trend visualization (stacked graph) that utilizes historical snapshots. The goal is to track the evolution of our pipeline while applying specific logic to the data as it existed at the time of the snapshot, rather than based on "Current" opportunity data.Requirements: Dynamic Snapshot Filtering (R4Q): I need to apply a Rolling 4 Quarters filter to each individual snapshot. Logic: When looking at a snapshot from 6 months ago, the graph should only display opportunities that had a Close Date within the R4Q window relative to that specific date. Point-in-Time Grouping (Custom Buckets): I need to group "Sales Stages" into 2 or 3 specific custom categories (e.g., Qualified vs. Unqualified). This grouping must reflect the stage the opportunity was in at the time of the snapshot. Visualization: A Stacked Bar or Area Chart showing the pipeline trend month-over-month or quarter-over-quarter. Is this currently achievable? If s
Hi Team, why I am unable to manually refresh a CRM sync? It’s incredibly frustrating having to wait for Clari to choose when it wants to refresh from the CRM. I make changes in SFDC that don’t reflect in Clari until it decides that it’s time to re-sync. Please add a way to manually do this, or I will advocate for a new forecasting tool to be used.
Is there a way to bulk download transcripts from the calls that appear from a saved filter? All of our teams (reps, managers, marketing, product, enablement) often want to analyze a set of calls. And since Ask Clari currently only analyzes one call at a time, it would help to be able to download multiple calls at once instead of having to manually and individually click in to each call and download one at a time. That’s a lot of clicks!Any fellow customers have any recommendations on how you’ve addressed this issue? And anyone from the Clari team have guidance or insight as to whether this is a feature that is or can become available?
Configuring AI Agents for Your OrganizationAI Agents automate deal inspection across your pipeline, analyzing compliance with your sales process and surfacing gaps in deal documentation. RevOps admins configure agent behavior to match your organization's unique sales methodology. What AI Agents Do for Your OrganizationThe Deal Inspection Agent monitors opportunities daily, evaluating each deal against criteria you define. The agent analyzes both structured CRM data from RevDB and unstructured activity data like call transcripts and emails. Unlike tools that focus only on conversation intelligence, Clari AI Agents examine the full deal context. The agent validates CRM field accuracy, tracks engagement patterns, and assesses process adherence based on your specific sales methodology (MEDPICC, BANT, SPICED, or custom frameworks). The agent runs automatically once per day at 11:00 AM CET. Results write back to RevDB, making them available for filtering, grouping, and reporting across Clari
Hello My Dear Clari Community -I am a relatively new Clari Admin, this is my first year doing a FY Changeover with uploading quotas. Anyone out there in Clari land have some tips and tricks? Not finding much help in KB or anywhere on the web. Thanks!
The current export limit on the Clari API has been confirmed by our engineering team to be by design to prevent system unavailability due to large exports. However, there is no warning/error message to the job to inform that the API failed due to the limits.
