Allow for more characters when adding comments to Next Step

    Hi, Scott! I believe this is a limitation of the field itself in CRM that Clari simply inherits. It looks like your Next Steps field is a ‘text area’ field in SFDC, which I believe has a character limit. Your team could consider changing to a Rich Text or Long Test field type in order to allow for more characters.
