I need to show opportunities closing in the last 2 weeks of the quarter. Has anyone found a way to create a custom filter like that, other than hardcoding dates?

We have a surprising number of calls that don’t record due to various Teams-related errors or changes. Are others also experiencing this and how to do talk about it with your users?  Ours are getting frustrated.

Here’s a stat that stuck with us: only 21% of sellers say the coaching they get is effective. Meanwhile, the top 10% of sellers generate 47.4% of closed-won revenue (2026 Salesloft Revenue Benchmark Report). Closing that gap is one of the biggest opportunities on any sales team. So why is coaching so hard to get right? Usually it comes down to time and subjectivity. Managers have a few hours a month, so feedback often rests on a single recorded call, or on gut feel about the rep. A rep might be great on calls but struggle in email, and a call review alone will never show that. Our new guide, Make Every Seller a Superstar with AI Coaching, lays out how teams are changing this:✅ Coach the whole rep. Pull signals from calls, emails, intent data, CRM, and more, so coaching reflects the full picture.✅ Make coaching always-on. Think pre-call prep, real-time prompts mid-call, and feedback within the hour, delivered in the tools your reps already use.✅ Replace opinions with evidence. Data-driv

Hunting for tickets was a great way to get to know the community, and there’s plenty more to dive into:Join the conversation in Discussions. Hi,I have been trying to reset the password for an account on app.drift.com but the email never arrives, Is there a support email address or similar we can reach out to for this?~ Jon

Congratulations, @superedsteve on finding the final ticket!  He found this ticket on our Groups homepage, where you can access all of the different groups we provide, which gives you access to like-minded professionals.  We’ll be notifying the final few winners with their gift card prizes shortly. 🏆 Thanks for jumping into the challenge with us, everyone! We’re so happy to have you here in our new merged Community!

Hey everyone! Moving forward, when you find a golden ticket, please comment your screenshot in this thread BELOW! 👇🏼 The Salesloft Community team will still go based on whose comment comes in first (even if the user accidentally posts it elsewhere) to keep things fair but this will help streamline the process.  Thank you! We’re thrilled to see the competition heating up! 🔥

Who will be our final winner?!  Time will tell! Good luck to our remaining members!  Reminder: Each user can only win once, so if you’ve already found a ticket please do not screenshot/comment.

My colleagues use Clay (for data enrichment), Salesloft (for outreach and qualification), and Salesforce (for contact/company management). Here’s the workflow I’m trying to figure out: Once a contact is found in Clay, my colleague will push it to Salesloft. Sometimes there are multiple contacts from the same company. Sync that contact(s) to our Salesforce automatically when the person gets added from Clay The goal: Make sure each contact is linked to the right company. Sync that net new contact into our Salesforce org automatically if possible Question:What’s the best way to do this with as little manual work as possible?

A common question that comes up from our customers is: “Should we keep both Clari Capture and Salesloft activity logging enabled?” Clari Capture and Salesloft can both log emails and meetings to Salesforce, but if both systems write the same activity, duplicate Tasks or Events can be created unless the configuration is intentionally coordinated. Clari Capture has a de-duplication feature that can be enabled for customers that also use third-party applications like Outreach to write back activity to Salesforce. The third-party application should be able to push a unique identifier back to Salesforce. Since the unique IDs are extracted from the email server, they are used in Clari Capture to identify whether the activity has already been written back to Salesforce or not. Most common sales engagement platforms used for activity writeback:Tool Email De-duplication Meeting De-duplication Salesloft Supported Not Supported Outreach Supported Not Supported Groove Supported S

We just unveiled the next evolution of our Predictive Revenue System and the product vision. The vision: A living revenue system that doesn't just predict whether your team will hit its targets. It continually guides seller activity toward achieving them, no matter how selling conditions change. It understands what's changing, puts the right work in motion, and learns what drives results. Why now? Our 2026 Revenue Benchmark found that every U.S. revenue leader surveyed is using AI somewhere in the revenue process, but only 20.6% report production-ready deployments delivering measurable outcomes. Adoption is widespread. Transformation isn't. Closing that gap takes a system that connects activity to outcomes, outcomes to forecast, and forecast back to action.Already delivered:Connected forecasting and execution: Salesloft connected forecasting intelligence and seller workflows across the Predictive Revenue System, closing the gap between activity and business outcomes.
