We have a situation that is causing issues with CRM sync activity. We are running into contacts who have multiple email addresses. We currently have two email fields on the Salesforce contact, the default and a secondary. I can’t find documentation from Salesloft on how to sync activity using either of those email fields. While not ideal, it’s causing many sync issues, and I’d like to help the team with this issue. Does anyone have best practices for managing CRM activity sync for people with multiple email addresses?

Hi everyone, My organization uses a Content Committee made up of Sales Enablement and a group of high-performing sales reps to create and manage cadences.Currently, individual reps are not permitted to create their own cadences. However, because our sales team operates across multiple regions globally, I'm curious whether this is the best approach. Different territories often require unique messaging and outreach strategies.For organizations that allow Personal Cadences:What are the primary use cases? Under what circumstances is it beneficial to enable reps to create their own cadences? At what point does it make more sense to allow Personal Cadences rather than relying exclusively on team-wide cadences managed by a Content Committee?I'd love to hear how others have approached this.
