We’re a business with 50% customer self serve and 50% managed services, opportunity led business. Self service revenue and volumes do not touch our opportunity objects in salesforce, has anyone else found a way of delivering customisable indicators which show decreases in self serve volumes and revenue numbers?
Overview When a Copilot call finishes processing, Copilot automatically creates a Task in Salesforce How to Find if Copilot pushed a call to Salesforce? For a given call in Copilot: Open the Call Review page. In the right-hand CRM Info panel, look for the Salesforce section. If the call has been pushed, you’ll see “Logged to CRM” plus an arrow icon (at the right corner) that opens the Task directly in Salesforce. If “Call Not Pushed to Salesforce” appears, the Task was not created. Fields Automatically Pushed to Salesforce (Default) These are the out-of-the-box Task fields Copilot populates without any additional CRM writeback configuration (i.e., what we push apart from any custom-mapped fields): WhoId What it is: SFDC Name Field (Contact). Hello My Dear Clari Community -I am a relatively new Clari Admin, this is my first year doing a FY Changeover with uploading quotas. Anyone out there in Clari land have some tips and tricks? Not finding much help in KB or anywhere on the web. Thanks!
Say that you’re looking to make some changes and edits for your Clari Forecasting Tab. It all seems like it would be a straightforward task…until you see this: You could be thinking: “What is this? I’m not a coder! 💀” Well, here’s some good news for you! The filter changes are not as intimidating as you would think – and here’s a quick write up guide to help you walk through how to make those forecasting changes so you can take control of your forecasting process here in Clari! Why don’t we first go into your Clari Studios & Forecast Configuration module. Say we need to add a new filter, say “Amount is not greater than 0” -- all we would need to do is add an AND and we can spell out the filterset we need. Keep in mind to ensure that we are adding the correct filterset by checking the appropriate SFDC API name underneath the Display name:From here, we can determine how the field interacts with our conditions:A general rule of thumb is:Is Not - Field is NOT one conditionIs - Field
When you edit a Template from the Templates section, the update is applied immediately to any Flow step that uses that Template. This includes people who are already due on the step. Once the Flow refreshes, the Action will automatically display and use the latest version of the Template.Templates are not locked at the time a person becomes due on a step. This means you do not need to remove or re-add people to the Flow, or make any additional changes for the update to take effect. Anyone who is already due, as well as anyone who enters the step after the update, will use the same updated Template. This behavior ensures consistency across your Flow and makes it easy to refine messaging, fix errors, or make last-minute adjustments without disrupting active steps.
Interesting Use Cases for Accounts If you are wondering at what are some of the best ways to utilize the Accounts module in Clari, well look no further! Our Accounts tab is one of the most robust and powerful tools you can use to look at customer whitespace and see how your reps are penetrating into their Accounts and creating strategic partnerships -- but where do I start? If you have these questions, this article is for you! 😁 Feel free to also consult your CSM on how to get these set up in your Clari instance. Use Case #1: Account Prioritization for Sales PlanningTraditional Use Case for the Accounts module is for Sales Planning Some Useful Fields to Consider Bringing in: Industry Competitors Products Activity/No Activity Filtering VALUE ADD: What does this solve for?: Where are my reps spending most of their time? It’s not uncommon for reps to turn off email open and link tracking often due to privacy preferences, customer sensitivity, or internal guidelines. While this setting change may seem minor, it has a direct impact on how engagement is measured in Groove. Reply tracking is built into Groove’s email tracking framework, which means Groove only looks for and counts replies when email tracking is enabled. If tracking is turned off, Groove does not associate inbound responses with outbound emails, even when prospects reply as expected. As a result, reply rates across Groove Analytics, inbox engagement counters, and outbound email activity records will show as zero. This can create confusion for managers and reps who see active conversations in their inbox but no corresponding engagement reflected in reports. Inbound replies may still be logged to Salesforce through Background Email Sync or manual logging methods, but these entries function solely as activity records and do not contribute to Gr
When it comes to tracking emails and meetings in Salesforce, many often wonder whether CRM Sync offers anything beyond standard Salesforce activity logging and whether it replaces native tools like Lightning Sync or Einstein Activity Capture. This article explains how CRM Sync works, what sets it apart from Salesforce’s native sync options, and the recommended configuration to ensure accurate, duplication-free activity data in Salesforce. How CRM Sync WorksCRM Sync is built to automatically keep Salesforce aligned with your everyday sales activity. Instead of relying on multiple tools, it centralizes key engagement data in one place by:Synchronizing emails into Salesforce Synchronizing calendar meetings into Salesforce Automatically creating Salesforce contacts from synced interactions By combining activity logging with contact creation, CRM Sync delivers a more complete picture of customer engagement than basic Salesforce activity tracking alone.CRM Sync and Salesforce Native Tools
Do you look at your Clari AI Projection and think “this just can’t be right!” or “Is the Clari AI Projection broken?” Well this post is exactly for you! 😄 First thing to note, before we get into the meat and potatoes, we’ll want to see the logic behind how Clari’s AI Projection makes its call in Pulse. Essentially, what we have in the pipeline and where it is at in its stage/forecast category, alongside your historic run rate will determine the projection. You may read more into the details in this KB article HERE.First thing to note would be that we would want to check your Pulse Module, and see exactly when and where the AI Projection fell off:Then we would want to overlay those same exact date ranges with the Flow Module. Please be sure to have the filtersets and scope matching what we have in the Pulse Module. In the above example, the AI Projection believes we are going to land at $69M for the Quarter when we only have $42M closed and less than $30M of Open Pipeline. The general r

Clari at its core is Opportunity-centric in its function - but what do we do when we want to Forecast and run our revenue platform on Splits Mode? 🎉 The good news is that Clari does support the Split Mode Functionality! 🎉 However, there are some caveats that we will want to cover to ensure that we are not double counting and we are rolling up accurate numbers while leveraging the Split Mode functionality. This guide will cover the basic rudiments necessary to get this mode up and running properly in YOUR Clari platform! — In Clari Studio’s Field Configuration, go to ‘Create New Mode’ and under ‘Standard Mode’ select ‘Splits.’The first part of creating a mode will be to have a User Role field. If we are going off of the Out of the Box Splits object in SFDC (which is our recommendation), we can go off the field – opportunitysplit.owner as our main User Role field. The second part we will need is an amount field. We highly recommend leveraging the Out of the Box Split amount field, whic

We’d like to set up Slipped Deal Tracking in Salesforce, where we’d require a Slipped Deal Reason to be entered if the Close Date is pushed to a future quarter. Our team started thinking about designing this as a validation rule in Salesforce (as Clari recommends here), but it doesn’t seem straightforward.Would anyone be willing to share exactly HOW you’ve accomplished this in a Salesforce validation rule? Our team would like to see a real-life example of:How to determine “pushed to a future quarter” in a Salesforce formula, and How to require re-entry of the reason if it’s already been entered before. (A required-field validation would not trigger an error condition if the field had been entered before.)
Have you ever looked at your top performing reps and wondered what they're doing differently on their calls? What is their secret? Are you ready to streamline your revenue processes and drive predictable outcomes? With the new Revenue Cadences feature in Clari, you can operationalize your team's rhythm by creating "moments" that guide your team to focus on the right activities at the right time.A "moment" is an internal sales activity designed to drive alignment, operational rigor, and execution of your overall revenue cadence. Within Clari, you can create two distinct types of moments: 1:1 Moments and Team Moments. Understanding the difference is key to setting up your cadences for success.1:1 Moments: Private and Personalized CoachingA 1:1 moment is a private space specifically for activities between a manager and their direct report(s). This moment is private between these two participants, and only visible to them.Best For: Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins to discuss current quarter focus, pipeline generation, deal coaching, identifying risk areas, and developing action plans. I want to talk about a core concept for every team looking to hit their number: Revenue Cadences. 🚀Revenue Cadences are a structured, and repeatable program designed to help your organization achieve its revenue objectives. Think of it as the rhythm of your revenue business—the predictable, recurring activities and meetings that keep your team aligned and moving toward a common goal. 🎯Cadences are made up of individual "revenue moments." These are the internal activities, like a weekly pipeline review, a monthly QBR, or a bi-weekly deal inspection, that drive alignment and operational rigor. Instead of these activities being ad-hoc or inconsistent, a revenue cadence makes them a standardized part of your workflow. 🗓️So, why are they so important? They Drive Scalable Rigor: Revenue teams often struggle to ensure that every team member performs the right actions at the right time. By formalizing these activities into a cadence, you build a repeatable process that is easier to enforce a
