I want to talk about a core concept for every team looking to hit their number: Revenue Cadences. 🚀Revenue Cadences are a structured, and repeatable program designed to help your organization achieve its revenue objectives. Think of it as the rhythm of your revenue business—the predictable, recurring activities and meetings that keep your team aligned and moving toward a common goal. 🎯Cadences are made up of individual "revenue moments." These are the internal activities, like a weekly pipeline review, a monthly QBR, or a bi-weekly deal inspection, that drive alignment and operational rigor. Instead of these activities being ad-hoc or inconsistent, a revenue cadence makes them a standardized part of your workflow. 🗓️So, why are they so important? They Drive Scalable Rigor: Revenue teams often struggle to ensure that every team member performs the right actions at the right time. By formalizing these activities into a cadence, you build a repeatable process that is easier to enforce a
Want to level up your revenue game? 📈 We're thrilled to introduce a powerful tool to help deploy Revenue Cadences to your revenue organization: the Cadences Designer Workbook! This simple but effective spreadsheet is your blueprint for creating a more predictable revenue process. 🗺️The workbook helps you outline and structure your revenue cadences before you even log into Clari Studio. This makes it easy to translate your ideal process into a plan that's ready to be built in the platform. Why You'll Love the Cadences Designer Workbook Clarify Your Strategy: The workbook helps you define your high-level objectives and the individual moments that make them up. This ensures every recurring activity is purposeful and aligned with your goals. Structure with Ease: Use the tool to detail the key components of each moment: Recurrence: Specify the weeks in the fiscal period when a moment will take place. Outcome: Define the specific goal, like cleaning up slipped deals from last quar
Hello Clari Community! We are excited to announce the release of the Context Widget - a new dashboard widget to help provide guidance in your Dashboards. 💡 Why did we build the Context widget? Many dashboard users, especially those outside of admin or RevOps teams, may not be familiar with all the widgets or know how to use the data to drive specific outcomes. This often leads to admins having to repeatedly explain how to use the data and what actions to take. ✅ How can this new widget help? The context widget solves this by allowing you to add guidance directly into the dashboard. This helps users understand how to leverage the data, prepare for important conversations like forecast calls or pipeline reviews, and get everyone on the same page faster. For example, a waterfall summary is a very useful widget that shows how a pipeline has moved, but for a less-familiar user, it may be unclear how to use this data. But with a context widget providing guidance, sales teams can show up to a c
Are you ready to bring structure and scalability to your sales team's rhythm? Say hello to Revenue Cadences 🚀Every sales organization has a cadence, whether it's a weekly forecast call or a quarterly business review. But too often, these processes are unstructured and hard to enforce. Revenue Cadences gives RevOps and admins the power to build and manage these essential workflows directly within Clari. Here's how it works: Revenue Objectives: Start by defining your high-level goals. What are you aiming for this quarter? Revenue Cadences helps you design a plan to get there. 🎯 Revenue Cadences: Create a repeatable program to achieve your objectives. This could be anything from a "New Logo" to a "Retention" cadence. 🗺️ Moments: Break down your cadence into individual activities. These are the key meetings and inspections—like a "Slipped Deals Review" or a "Quarterly Pipeline Plan"—that happen at specific times throughout the quarter. 🗓️ With Revenue Cadences, you can deliver the r
Recently, all my meeting descriptions I’ve created within Groove Scheduler are coming through wonky in Google Calendar. There’s weird spacing and I have to edit within Google calendar each time. I’ve cleared all formatting within the Scheduler but still it comes through Google calendar weirdly spaced out. What am I missing here?
I’m logged into Clari but I can’t find/access any trainings in University. I’m looking for admin training - if I go to course catalog it says “there’s nothing here.” If I try to visit the first link on the Clari admin training path (fundamentals) it takes me to a page that says I don’t have access. My team members are having the same problem.
If you click into a flow and then go to the people tab it lets you “Download a csv” but only the first 100 contacts are listed. There needs to be a way to export all the people in a flow or at least be able to scroll through the 100 and download them one at a time. I’m trying to compare what emails got matched into a flow and what emails are still in my legacy mailer but I can’t export to excel to cross check.
You can now configure all Copilot data fields directly in Capture Studio Configuration in a completely self-service manner.Note: This feature requires a feature flag to be enabled. If you're using both Groove and Copilot in your sales stack, you might be wondering about the best approach for syncing activities to Salesforce. This guide will help you understand how each system handles writeback, the different configuration scenarios, and how to choose the optimal setup for your organization.📝 Understanding Activity Logging: Groove vs CopilotBefore diving into integration scenarios, let's understand what each system captures and how it stores data in Salesforce. What Groove Logs to SalesforceActivities Covered:Scheduled calendar events and meetings Email interactions Dialer callsHow it's stored:Calendar events/meetings: Written as Event objects in Salesforce Emails & Dialer calls: Written as Task objects in SalesforceKey Strengths:Advanced, configurable matching logic that admins can customize Manual matching capabilities through the Omnibar for improved accuracyWhat Copilot Logs to SalesforceActivities Covered:Call recordings with direct access links to the re
Within Clari Studio Field Configuration we would like to add SFDC Account fields directly to the Opportunity module in Clari. This would prevent us from having to create additional Opportunity fields (formulas) just to bring Account data into the Opportunity module. A use case would be adding an Account custom field we have which tells whether the Account is from the Global 2,000 list. Thank you
Hello! I’m fairly new to Groove and I’m trying to organize my meeting links in the Scheduler. I’d like for the different types of meetings to flow in a certain order but can’t figure out how to do so. It doesn’t seem to follow an alphabetic or numeric order. Example: Ideally I’d like the meeting in 1-4 order
Deals are starred at the level of the individual user experience. While you cannot see another user’s starred deals, some customers add a checkbox to the opportunity object called “Forecast In” or “Path” to identify which deals they consider in their path to their forecasted number. To implement this, the lift isn't super heavy or too technical. You simply need to educate your teams on the field, and enforce usage of the field. Admins can set this up in Clari by following the (high level) steps below:1. Create a checkbox field on the opportunity object in Salesforce. We've seen customers name it things like Forecast In, In the Path, Key Deal, or even Starred. 2. Add the checkbox field to the following layouts and modules using your Field Config module in Clari Studios:The Opportunity Grid layout (tip: put the field with pretty high priority in your field ordering to ensure that reps can clearly see it without having to scroll) The Opportunity Filterable layout (for filtering capabilit
I am trying to add a field from Salesforce into Clari. The message I am getting after it has been added: "Extract not enabled", is this something that we need to do in Salesforce? How can this be enabled? When I go into Field Configurations I get the following message: “To get started with Capture please reach out to your Clari representative.Debug: 0973bf6404b3e13982cbf5ff7635dfe7”Thank you in advance for any help you can provide!
In this guide, you’ll learn to use Clari Copilot’s REST APIs to access and manage your call data. You’ll also learn how to upload externally recorded calls, such as those from Zoom or Twilio, into Copilot for transcription and analysis. Copilot APIs allow you to: Search for and download calls, users, and CRM-related data like opportunities and accounts Upload call recordings captured outside Clari (e.g. from Twilio or Zoom) Access rich analytics, like transcripts, talk-time metrics, and summarize. For Copilot’s API Reference & Sample Code, click here. About Copilot REST APIsClari Copilot provides a REST API. REST, short for Representational State Transfer, is a set of rules for building APIs that work over the web using simple URLs — like how you visit websites in your browser.A REST API lets you: GET information: e.g., “Give me all the calls from last week” POST new data: e.g., “Here’s a new call we recorded on Zoom” PUT or PATCH to update something DELETE to remove da
Hi there, Is it possible to fetch calls by contact using the GET /calls or another endpoint? Best regards,Jaap
How are you tracking “Path to Upside” deals in Clari without a dedicated “Path to” checkbox in SFDC?Our HQ team decided not to create a Path to Upside checkbox in SFDC but we do have a Path to Commit and Path to Most Likely checkbox. At the regional level, we still want to identify and track these upside deals for weekly reviews. We’re looking for lightweight workarounds—ideally something we can manage within Clari without needing a new Salesforce field.Has anyone found an effective way to do this? What’s worked well for you when system limitations prevent formal categorization? Here are a few options we’re exploring: Using the “star” feature in Clari to flag Upside deals — but starred deals are tied to the individual user experience—meaning we can’t see each other’s starred opportunities. We are also unsure if the NARR rolls up correctly or if filtering by stars works well at scale. Creating custom Opportunity Grid views based on deal stage, size, and rep input. Exploring other cre
This is a comprehensive guide for configuring the Recorder Settings within Copilot’s Workspace Settings. These settings play a crucial role in determining which meetings Copilot should automatically join and which ones it should skip. By tailoring these configurations, organisations can ensure that Copilot captures only the most relevant conversations, aligning with internal privacy policies and team-specific preferences. CONFIGURE AUTO RECORDING Admins can configure which meetings Clari Copilot should automatically join and record. The goal is to capture important external conversations while avoiding internal or sensitive discussions that don’t need to be recorded. In Workspace Settings → Recorder Settings, under “Which video conference meetings should Clari Copilot join?”, admins can choose from the following options: 1. All meetings with external participantsClari Copilot will join any meeting that includes at least one external attendee—regardless of who the host is. This is ideal
We understand it can be frustrating when Copilot doesn't record a call as expected. There are several reasons this might happen, and this document will help you understand the most common scenarios and provides clear steps to help you identify those as well: To view unrecorded calls and understand why they weren’t recorded, go to the My Calls tab and toggle on the “Show unrecorded calls” option. Clicking on any unrecorded call will show you the specific reason it wasn’t recorded. Below are some common examples you might see:This meeting was not recorded as there are no external participants. Recording rule [Meeting organiser rule] set to ignore this call. A meeting participant from your organisation requested not to record. Not meeting URL found. Most of these reasons are a result of user errors or admin-level settings configured in Copilot. To further break them down:Calendar not connected: Without syncing your calendar, it is impossible for Copilot to know about your meetings. Bot

Have you ever had a rep say, “But I want to use my cell/mobile phone to make calls”? We’ve heard this too, and we have a solution. Please ask your reps to follow the 4 steps below to route all their calls through their cell/mobile phone while still syncing them with Salesforce.Setting up your Verified Number:When first setting up your dialer with Clari Groove, you will need to add a Clari Groove number in order to make and receive calls. However, you can also add a “Verified Number”, which can be used to utilize your personal cell/mobile phone for calls. To set up your “Verified Number,” you will need to navigate to your Settings > Dialer > Verify a Number: In this selection, the user will add the number that they would like to use with the dialer. Once the number has been entered, hit the “Verify” button: IMPORTANT: Please include your area code prefix when entering your number (e.g. UK number +44)Once you hit the “Verify” button, a 6-digit code will appear on your screen (see i

Groove determines whether an email is bounced or not by scanning users’ emails for nay bounce codes returned by email providers, such as Gmail or Microsoft. Groove’s bounce detection logic is used to fire any “On Bounce” automated actions that teams have configured at the Flow-, Collection-, or Global-level in their organization. For teams using Groove’s bounce code feature, Groove’s bounce detection logic is also used to write email bounce data to the Salesforce Task that corresponds with the outbound email that bounced. Groove’s bounce detection logic does not consider automatic replies, like out-of-office responses, as email bounces. If your team has the Out of Office Detection feature enabled for your team, Groove will automatically pause Flow participants in their Flow whenever an automatic reply is detected.
