What is the meaning of Churn ARR Forecast's CRM Value

It sounds like you’re looking at the Insights Panel in Forecasting, specifically Forecast History.  Forecast History shows you a weekly snapshot of Forecast entries and your CRM total rollup value (i.e., the sum of the aggregation amount field your team is using for this column).  

As this field’s configuration would likely be custom to your team, we can’t speak to what the precise definition would be here because we can’t share your organization’s information in this forum.  However, I’ve included some examples from our demo instance below on how you can determine this field’s configuration from our demo instance.  

If you hover over the tooltip to the right of “Total” from within this view, you can then click on the [View Filters] button to view your team’s precise filtering criteria for this column, as shown in the screenshot below.
