Groove Scheduler - Formatting is incorrect in Google Calendar

Recently, all my meeting descriptions I’ve created within Groove Scheduler are coming through wonky in Google Calendar. There’s weird spacing and I have to edit within Google calendar each time. I’ve cleared all formatting within the Scheduler but still it comes through Google calendar weirdly spaced out. What am I missing here?

It’s strange to hear that additional spacing is being introduced to your Scheduler events, especially if you’ve already tried clearing the formatting.  If you’re a designated support contact for your organization, I would recommend raising a ticket with our support team here so that they can investigate further.  If you’re not a designated support contact for your organization, that link should show you who you can work with internally to get in touch with our support team.  As I would expect for this behavior to happen, I do think contacting our support team would be best, as they’ll be able to investigate your specific instance to see if there’s anything else that could be contributing to this behavior or identify if there is a bug that needs to be resolved by our product and engineering teams.
