Hi Guys, I target about 2000+ Accounts with about 5000+ target individuals with a lot the data cleansing needed. No. 1 being linking people to the right accounts. Any insights and advice on how to bulk update the linking between people and their accounts would be huge help and $ value. (I’ve explored ways of uploading CSV however without success as it only allows updating of “display company”, not “linked company”) likewise, I’m generally good with the system so if anything I could help, please leave a question here. Thanks! Jason
Maintaining relationships with target accounts can be challenging, especially when engagement seems to stall. A well-structured Nurture Cadence can ensure that you stay connected and continue to bring value to your prospects. Here’s how to effectively use a Nurture Cadence: 🎯Target Audience: Prospects who have gone quiet or requested to pause engagement for 3-6 months. These are leads who have shown interest but need more time or have fallen off the radar. Best Practices:Start your Nurture Cadence appx. 2 weeks after previous engagement– this allows prospects a little breathing room Use Automation Rules to trigger leads directly into this Cadence when a prospecting Cadence ends Only include email steps, with the exception that the prospect posts some LinkedIn content you can engage with. If the prospect becomes a Hot Lead in Salesloft, call to engage from there Consider sharing content that is not built by you. Share blog posts from other experts and pull out quick takeawaysHere’s a

We’ve been with Salesloft for just over 15 months now and it’s proven to be a real game changer for us. Having finally got our organization fully up and running and in full flow, keen to understand others experience of using SMS as part of their workflows? Thanks
SMS communication (aka texting) makes it super simple to engage with your customers. All you need to do is send a quick, informal message, and it’s sent right to their phone. Since most people have their phone with them at all times, you can pretty much guarantee your message will be seen. That being said, it’s crucial to uphold certain standards and practices to make sure messages are effective and well-received. While it’s easy to get a message to someone, it’s just as easy for them to ignore your text, or worse, mark it as spam. These best practices will help you get the most out of SMS communications, and hopefully, keep you from getting blocked: Get Opt-In Consent Always ensure you have explicit consent from the end user before sending any SMS communication. This respects their privacy and builds trust. In the event someone does not want SMS communication, mark them as Restrict Texts. Identify Your Business Clearly state your business or service in the message to avoid confusi
I love discovering new tips and tricks in Salesloft, so I’m curious if anyone has some great workarounds to share? One of my favorites is inserting the current day using the time dynamic field “{{n_business_days_from_now}}".Did you know you can change the "n" to "0" to insert the current day? It's an awesome way to add a bit more personalization to your emails by including the current date automatically. 🔥 What are some of your favorite tricks or workarounds? I’d love to hear them!
Hey everyone! We've recently started leveraging Salesloft's Scheduled Import feature, and it's been a game-changer for our sales and marketing teams. I wanted to share our experience and hear how others are using this feature. Here’s a breakdown of what we’ve been doing:Breaking Silos Between Marketing and Sales: Our Marketing team has been running special direct mail campaigns with Sendoso. Once these mailers are delivered, our sales team identifies contacts with a status of 'Delivered' in a Salesforce Report. We use the Scheduled Import feature to automatically import these contacts into Salesloft, placing them right into a tailored cadence. Each cadence is designed specifically for the direct mail campaigns, starting with an automated email that provides immediate follow-up. This process ensures that our marketing efforts directly feed into our sales outreach, fostering better collaboration and efficiency between the two teams. Increased Salesloft Utilization: By automating the impor
What playbooks has everyone seen the most impact on their business? Any tips and tricks that have improved your engagement rates?
I use scheduled imports in order to fire off cadences at different points in the life of a open renewal opportunity. The importer breaks if the first row of the SFDC report is missing a sold to contact, which is the ID it is looking for a person. Its fine if that row errors out, but I still need the rest of the report to fire. This is only an issue if the first row fails. If row 1 is fine and row 2 fails, it still works. Is this working as intended? Would love to be able to work around this.
