I work within Sales Operations. We deal with Analytics a lot.

What are your most valuable Salesloft reports for your business?

Recently we have been trying to look at the number of conversations that our Sales Reps record in Conversations vs the total external meetings they have to find the ratio.

    Hi Christopher! 

    Great question - this is best managed in your CRM. We push a separate meeting and recording task to Salesforce, so you could build a report that compares the total of meetings vs recordings to see how many more meetings there are! I hope this helps!

      I find the whole Team Performance section to be incredibly useful for managers who just want a quick snapshot of what is going on with their team. You have to do some configuring to get the data you want as there are so many options. However, once you dial that in and save some views it is awesome.
