Hello All - Is there a way to see a list of my one off scheduled emails?
We’ve run into an issue where Clari displays all Salesforce Stage picklist values when users update the Stage field, instead of only those that apply to the opportunity’s Record Type. For example, our General Sales opportunities have a different set of stages than our Renewal opportunities. In Salesforce, this works as expected because the Sales Process functionality limits stage options by Record Type. However, this restriction isn’t reflected in Clari, so we’ve seen cases where users accidentally change a General Sales opportunity to a Renewal-only stage.Has anyone found a way to make Clari respect the stage picklist restrictions by Record Type? Ideally, we’d like to prevent users from even seeing incompatible stages in Clari, rather than creating a Salesforce validation rule just to block the save in Clari. How are you handling this in your org? Any tips or creative solutions?
We have a field that shows the Status of the opportunity based on how long it has been in any particular stage. the possible results are On Track, Nearing Delay or Stalled. I wanted to know if it is possible to have conditional formatting so that the field shows a different color depending on which of the three results are shown.
Hello - I was told calls needed to be 5 minutes at least to get insights from Copilot on the Groove Dialer Calls. I am seeing calls in our instance that are longer than 5 and still have no insights or summary from Copilot. Is this a bug or do calls made in Groove just simply not align with Copilot Insights and Summary?
Overview of Clari Studio Labs If you are an Advanced Ops Admin, you can enable Guide and Revenue Cadences in Clari from Clari Studio Labs, which is where you can share and launch the rollout of cutting-edge features for your team in a more controlled environment. Clari Studio Labs gives you granular control to ensures that your team can designate exactly which users are able to access certain features at a time. This granular level of control can help with change management as you decide the best rollout strategy for your team. For example, your team might decide to start by enabling Guide and Revenue Cadences for just your operations and admin teams so that you can review what Revenue Cadences and Guide will look like to end-users. You might, then, decide to expand the rollout to one or two pilot teams as you refine your Cadences. One you feel you’re ready to expand, you might enable Guide and Cadences for the rest of your team. Enabling Guide and Revenue Cadences for Your Team T
Hi everyone,Is there a way to remove an account mode from the drop down list?We want our users only seeing Account Mode with Opp Filters.
A question that we hear quite a lot is “Why are some users stuck in ‘Invited’ status?”. Some users may appear as “Invited” under the User page in Manage My Org, even though they may have partially completed onboarding or begun using certain Groove features. This FAQ article explains what this status means, why it happens, and how to resolve it. Q: What “Invited” status meansA user remains in “Invited” status when they have accepted their invite but haven’t fully completed all onboarding steps required to be moved to “Active.”Because Groove syncs user activation with completion of specific setup tasks, a user can technically use parts of the platform but still appear as “Invited” if they missed a final step. Q: What are the required steps to become “Active”For a user to transition from Invited ➜ Active, all of the following conditions must be met:They have successfully signed into the Groove web app. They have installed and signed into the Groove Chrome extension. (Microsoft 365 custom
Clari Groove provides a powerful integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator through its Omnibar interface, allowing users to view and engage with LinkedIn prospect data directly from their inbox, calendar, Salesforce, and Groove web app. This integration simplifies prospecting and delivers meaningful insights for sales and customer success teams. However, if your organization does not use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, the LinkedIn tab can be easily disabled. The good news is that you don’t need to raise a support case for this. Admins can easily disable the LinkedIn Sales Navigator tab directly from the Groove Custom Settings in Salesforce. Steps to Remove the LinkedIn Tab:Go to Salesforce Setup In Salesforce, click on the gear icon (⚙️) in the top right corner. Select Setup. Search for Custom Settings In the left-hand Quick Find box, type Custom Settings. Click on Custom Settings. Open Groove Settings Under Groove Settings, click Manage. Click Edit to update the de
Have you ever finished an important customer call, eager to jump into the insights and highlights, only to find that your Copilot call recording is stuck in "Processing"? 🙈It can be frustrating, especially when you need to share those crucial moments with your customer or team to reference a key moment from that callCall review page with call under processingWhile most calls process seamlessly, there are a few reasons why a recording might take a little longer. Let’s pull back the curtain a bit and look at what happens when a call is completed and why you might sometimes see a delay. The Journey of a Call Recording in Clari Copilot When you use Clari Copilot, your calls move through several stages—beginning with scheduling and recording, and then moving into processing. Whether it’s a video call or a dialer call, processing happens step by step: generating the video, creating transcripts, producing summaries, applying AI predictions, and updating CRM records. The good news? Your call d
We have reps who host meetings that have multiple sections to them that can last for a while. For example, they might have an hour of onboarding demo, following by a 30-minute break, followed by an hour of testing/Q&A. As I understand it, if there is 10 minutes of silence on a call, Clari Copilot will stop recording and leave the call. This is a problem because we want the entire meeting in only one recording when we share it with the customer, as that reduces the manual work of setting up calls, joining calls, etc.But we’ve had instances where our users were unaware of the 10-minute rule and didn’t realize that Clari Copilot didn’t recall the 2nd half of the meeting. Our current band-aid is to tell them to either manually say something every 9 minutes during breaks to keep Clari Copilot in the call or resign themselves to setting up individual meetings for the topics before and after the breaks. To the Clari Team - Am I understanding the 10-minute mechanism correctly? Is there is a
Clari offers several resources to guide dashboard and widget selection:Cadences Hub: The Cadences Hub in the Community contains examples and guides for QBRs, one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, and the recommended widgets for those key moments. Product Resources (“Ask Clari”): The “Ask Clari” feature provides a video walk throughs of how leaders are answering specific questions about their business with Clari. This feature can be accessed by clicking the ‘question mark’ icon in the upper-right corner of the Clari app, then selecting ‘Product Resources’. Clari University: Within Clari University, you can find courses that break down the fundamentals of using Clari and its features, including Dashboard design, widget choice, Forecasting, etc. Some specific courses that may be helpful to review include Clari Fundamentals: Dashboards and Clari Fundamentals: Revenue Cadences.
Cadences is currently in open beta. There’s no formal application; simply reach out to your Clari account team to have it enabled for your organization. Your Clari account team is here to support you in whatever rollout strategy would be best for your team. We can enable Cadences for all users at once. Alternatively, we can initially enable it for a select group of users (such as admins and sales ops users), then expand it to the rest of your team.
The best way to bring external resources into Cadences is by using Clari’s Context Widgets, which support rich text. Once you add a Context Widget to your Dashboard, you can hyperlink to external resources, such as Google Docs, external reporting tools, and so on. As an example, Context Widgets can be particularly useful for one-on-one Dashboards. If you have notes in a Google Doc or other supplementary materials in another tool, you could add links to those in a Context Widget in your Dashboard so that they’re easy to access while conducting your one-on-one. This guide from our Knowledge Base contains additional information on adding different types of widgets to your Dashboards.
While there isn't a single answer for every team, we've found that the adoption process is iterative and highly dependent on a few key strategies. This article breaks down some of the factors that can influence how quickly and successfully your team adopts Cadences. Aim for Focus and SimplicityWhen designing your Dashboards and Cadence Moments, the number one rule is to keep them simple and focused. Adding too many moments or data points at once can overwhelm users and actually hinder adoption. To avoid having to roll back your work, strive to keep your streamlined so that your team knows exactly what they’re supposed to get out of each moment or dashboard. Each Dashboard and Moment should be designed to answer one or two specific questions, and nothing more. Start with What Your Team Already UsesThe fastest way to get your team to adopt Cadences is to build upon their existing habits. Identify which Dashboards your team is already using frequently (a weekly one-on-one dashboard is a
At Clari, we run our own business through Clari, reinforcing usage and providing a real-world case for success. Check out this blog post to learn more about how Clari is being used at Clari. When it comes to deploying Cadences, we focus on designing Dashboards that answer the critical revenue questions leaders need for their business, making it straightforward for teams to get the information they need. During the design phase, leaders are asked to share what questions they need answered for their key revenue moments and how frequently these moments occur. The information that we receive directly informs how we design our Dashboards. This encourages adoption because the components revenue leaders care about most are included in the Dashboard design phase. Once leaders and team members see how easy it can be to get the information they need through the Dashboards, it’s easier for them to adopt the whole Revenue Cadences framework. There are a couple ways, both manual and automated, that you can remove all Contacts at an Account from a Flow. Manual Method 1: The Accounts PageThe first way to remove all Contacts at an Account from a Flow would be from the Accounts Page, found here. Groove will only allow you to remove Contacts from Flows where you are managing them. Groove will not allow you to remove Contacts from a Flow that is being managed by another teammate. To remove Contacts that a teammate is managing in a Flow, we recommend reaching out to the teammate and asking them to remove those Contacts. The metr

Hi there! It looks there isn’t a automated action/option to keep a contact within a Flow & most will be removed if the contact replies/has an autoreply. This might be a intended function for some efforts, but it impacts others who need the contacts to remain in each action of the flow, regardless of if they reply or not.Is there a way around this?
