Customisable Indicators?
We’re a business with 50% customer self serve and 50% managed services, opportunity led business.
Self service revenue and volumes do not touch our opportunity objects in salesforce, has anyone else found a way of delivering customisable indicators which show decreases in self serve volumes and revenue numbers?
