Here are a few example topics to spark your creativity:Workshop Discussion: Assess your AI in sales maturity and discovery where strategic AI adoption can deliver the biggest impact (led by Salesloft's Innovation and Transformation team) Workshop Discussion: Map your signal ecosystem, identify and prioritize your top signals across the customer journey and how to activate (led by Salesloft product experts and partners) Salesloft Best Practices/Product Workshop: Running effective pipeline reviews with Salesloft Deals, Standing Up a Cadence Committee, Data-driven coaching and decision-making with Analytics and Conversations, Customizing Agentic Plays in Salesloft (led by Salesloft's customer education and success teams) Panel: How to break down sales and marketing silos for durable
Hi,Any suggestions on how to setup a process that enables a customer to answer a question, and based on the question route to a specific SalesLoft user’s meeting scheduler page?Example, if state = CA, use SalesLoft User A or if state = B, use SalesLoft User B.The meeting scheduler form in SalesLoft is limited and can’t support conditional logic. So I know I have to user some other solution. I can’t even send in values in the querystring into a Salesloft booking’s page :( Any suggestions, are welcomed. ThanksDavid
Hi Champions! I have a customer expanding into the EU and being mindful of GDPR laws, we are exploring the use of a custom email preference center link in place of Salesloft opt-out links. Anyone taking this approach? What works well? What doesn’t? Are you using a Marketing Automation platform for EPC links?
Hey Salesloft Community,Microsoft is changing how they handle emails for high-volume senders. If you send over 5,000 emails daily to Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, and Live.com addresses, you need to take immediate action to ensure your emails continue to reach inboxes. Starting May 2025 Microsoft will require specific email authentication settings for your sending domain to boost inbox security. Why This Matters for Salesloft Users:This directly impacts whether your emails land in Outlook inboxes. Without these settings, your messages could go to spam or be rejected. What You Need to Do (and What to Check Immediately):Verify SPF, DKIM, DMARC are Set Up CORRECTLY: Work with your IT team immediately to implement or double-check these email authentication methods for your sending domain, ensuring they meet the following criteria: SPF (Sender Policy Framework): Must Pass for the sending domain. Your domain's DNS record should accurately list authorized IP addresses/hosts. DKIM (DomainKeys Iden
I was unable to find an existing help article on this topic. We have a BDR out on leave. I’d prefer not to change the Salesforce flow to have all their leads be assigned to another team member. I’d prefer to use salesloft to process the re-assignment. Any best practices for managing team members out of office? If the best practice is to edit the source assignment rule then I’ll work with our SF admin.
Hey Champions, John Wood, Manager of Product Manager, here to chat about IPaaS! For years, Salesloft has had integrations with leading IPaaS solutions, with Zapier being the newest addition to our marketplace. Customers have used these integrations to simply automate importing leads and, in some cases, build their own custom CRM workflows. Salesloft partners with IPaaS solutions to open up a new world of data integration within your organization’s tech stack, acting as both the destination and a data source. What is IPaaS?IPaaS, or Integration Platform as a Service, is a cloud-based tool that seamlessly connects your different software applications and systems. Think of it as a bridge that allows your apps to communicate and share data. How can it help your organization?Today’s businesses rely on numerous software applications. IPaaS ensures these applications can talk to each other, preventing data silos and streamlining operations. Use Case: Most recently, our organization built an IP
Hey Champions, Thomas here from Sales Tempo. As an Account Executive and a long-term partner of Salesloft, I wanted to share how we manage a high volume of inbound opportunities - 15 to 20 new ones per rep each week. It’s an exciting problem to have, but without the right system, it can quickly become chaotic. Here’s how it works for us:Cadence kicks off the process: As soon as a lead comes in, it automates from our CRM directly into a cadence, ensuring every initial touchpoint is tracked. Follow-ups, calls, booking demos - all handled automatically. Activity travels upon conversion: Once the lead becomes qualified, it's converted into an Opportunity and shows up in Deals. The best part? All of the prior activity travels with it so there's no need to start from scratch. Things aren't lost in the shuffle since we get to see the full history of the interaction when we convert the lead. Clear visual pipeline: Pre-created Team Dashboards give us and our customers a real-time, visual look a
Hi fellow Lofters - I’m a Salesloft admin for my org and I wanted to see how other admins and users might navigate this “issue.”Our org has established a domain send limit and it sometimes frustrates reps as they are trying to engage their prospects/customers (and especially multithread). A particular problem some reps have is not knowing when/why they’ve hit our daily domain limit.Has anyone else found a way to easily investigate how many cadence emails are being sent to a particular domain? Perhaps a Salesforce report?Curious to hear how other Salesloft teams are helping their reps with this.
Hey Champions! It's Ashley from Salesloft Consulting Services, and I wanted to chat with you about something that I truly believe can transform how you manage your pipeline: Salesloft Deals. You know, we're all about maximizing efficiency and driving growth, right? And that's exactly what Deals is designed to do. Think about it: how much time do you spend trying to get a clear picture of your pipeline? Jumping between spreadsheets, trying to piece together the latest updates... it's a lot, isn't it? Well, Salesloft Deals gives you that single, unified view you've been looking for. Imagine having instant access to all your key metrics, seeing exactly where each deal stands, and spotting those potential roadblocks before they become real problems. That's the power of having everything in one place. As you can see from the screenshot, Salesloft Deals provides a clean, intuitive interface that puts all your critical opportunity information at your fingertips. This visual representation all
Hello, I noticed a new field on the Account Mapping Field Config Page. Called Company ID. What is it used for? Thanks!
Hello all!Not sure if this is the right place to ask this. Please point me to the right direction otherwise.Does anyone has an issue with MS Teams meetings not uploading to Salesloft?Thank in advance for any tips and trick you can share regarding this. :)
HI Champions - I’m opening a ticket with Salesloft and plan to attend office hours, but I thought I’d also post here in case anyone is having a similar issue and found a magical solution. Case 1: The dialer is not allowing a user to connect in Salesloft (2nd image) Case 2: User is working out of Salesforce and the call won’t connect, tested on several records (1st image)Steps taken:Chrome is updated Uninstalled, reinstalled extension Using latest Salesloft Chrome extension Restarted computer
When you’re an Admin, managing users and groups can be a time-consuming and often manual process, especially as your organization grows or undergoes changes. You need to reflect external hierarchies within Salesloft for accurate reporting, content sharing, and permissions, but individually creating and updating groups can be a drain on your valuable administrative time and leave you open for manual errors.Enter Bulk Group Imports via CSV’s. Salesloft groups ensure the right sellers have access to the right information based on criteria like geography, territory, or internal strategies. While you can enter and manage these groups one at a time, bulk group imports quickly complete tasks that could’ve taken a lot of time. Think about scenarios like:Onboarding a new cohort of sales reps: Instead of manually creating each new team and assigning members, you can now import them all at once. Restructuring your sales territories: Quickly update group assignments to reflect the new structure wi
Hey champions! Jeff Burns here from RevShoppe! We’ve been a long standing partner of Salesloft and I wanted to drop a little post around Deals, and why I think they’re a game changer for your GTM teams. A lot of times when working with clients we get asked “should we be using Deals or not?” The obvious answer is yes.. But we can’t just say that. As we all know, things are WAY more complicated than that. So, typically we have some sessions around (why) is this currently being asked? What are you using today to track and score deal health? What outcomes are you hoping to get out of Deals (as to why you’re asking if you should be using it) Majority of the time, we get told things like: “every rep operates a little differently. Some use CRM, some use sheets, some use.. Well, we don’t know. BUT! They have Ops in CRM and they seem to be closing them, but our visibility into pipeline health is very poor” Sound familiar? If so, you’re not alone! Now, one of the best things about Deals is t
The People Removed from the Cadence chart inside Step Analytics highlights the steps when People are being removed from the Cadence and the reason they were removed. The chart will help answer where are people most likely to leave the cadence. To help you interpret the data being shown, we've prepared types of charts to teach you how to read them.Best Case ScenarioThe ideal state of your People removed from the Cadence chart is to see fewer and fewer People remaining in the cadence. The chart should look like 1/2 of a sideways funnel (or a backwards hockey stick). As you progress through the Cadence, People are removed for good or bad reasons (replied to an email would be good, while marked as DNC would be bad). Either way, the removal is good because your Cadence is working to pinpoint communication. When a Person is removed, you can create a different process for next steps based on the reason they were removed. No People RemovedWhen no People are removed from the Cadence, the chart
Hi There, I was wondering when the required fields and teams default recording would be switched on for our organisation? Many thanks

Hi Team - I am curious what is a realistic goal for weekly imports for a BDR/SDR. Currently I have their targets set at 200 imports/week to achieve 15 meetings / week and 10 opportunities / week. In addition, I am having issues with my team hitting their email domain limit which is postponing their outreach for days / weeks. This is effecting their on-time steps. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Thanks!
Trackers are keyword identifiers that you can use to scan Conversations transcriptions.Check out these best practice tips for leveraging Conversation TrackersUse Specific Keywords and Phrases: When creating tracker terms, use specific keywords and phrases that are relevant to your goals. Avoid using generic terms that may result in too many false positives. Example: Instead of using "price," use "discount" or "cost savings." Group Related Terms Together: Create tracker groups that contain related terms. This helps in organizing your trackers and makes it easier to analyze the data. Example: Create a tracker group for "Objections" that includes terms like "too expensive," "not interested," and "no budget." Use Trackers for Coaching: Managers can use tracker groups as a coaching tool to ensure important subjects are mentioned or to help reps eliminate crutch words. Example: Create a tracker group that includes "so" and "and" to help a rep become more aware of their speech patterns.
We’re interested in separating out activities from the analytics dashboard based on the account type. We deal with both end user customers and partners - and would like to be able to focus on each separately. Is there a method to do this within the Analytics section, or a workaround? If not, could we add this as an enhancement suggestion?Brian
If your team is using Account Team Sync then you’re already on your way to easier account management within Salesloft. Not only does Account Team Sync easily sync your user relationships from Salesforce into Salesloft, you can also use the user relationships throughout the platform in different ways. Let’s walk through some different ways you can utilize user relationships within the Salesloft platform. 1. User Relationships in PlaysPlay Tasks can be assigned by user relationship allowing for more customization of your Plays.Set the Task Assignment to “Account User Relationships, fallback to record owner.” Then, you can select the account user who needs to perform the task. 2.User Relationships in Automation RulesAutomation Rules can utilize account team roles as criteria allowing for a wider range of options when configuring your automation rules.Any Account Team Member relationship can be used for assignment of Cadence Steps. Account Team Membership can also be used as Automation Rul
Want to increase your call connection rates? The Best Time to Call chart in your Salesloft Calls Analytics provides valuable insights into the optimal times to make calls based on your historical call data. By understanding and leveraging this chart, you can improve your calling efficiency and connect with more prospects. How to Read the Best Time to Call ChartWhen looking at the Best Time to Call chart and all of those bubbles, there are two main things to consider: Bubble size = number of calls logged Bubble color = Connected Call rate (connected disposition divided by calls logged)The bubble size is based on the number of calls logged. The more calls that are logged during that time slot, the larger the bubble. The bubble color relies on the Connected Call rate of your calls. When a calls is logged as Connected, Salesloft recognizes that as a Connected Call. The Connected Call rate takes the number of calls logged with the Connected disposition divided by the total number of logged
Our company uses Paperflite to organize and share relevant content with prospects and customers. I’d like to build in Paperflite content and tracking links into Team Cadences that the sales team are using. If I use Paperflite-generated links in team cadences, will the sales team member who are using the cadences receive analytics on the Paperflite content they’re sharing? For those who are familiar with Paperflite -- you know that when you generate a link for content, it can give you analytics into when recipients have clicked on or engaged with linked assets.
Hello Everybody,Salesloft currently does not permit editing Account Details while in the Prospect (People) view. This limitation is particularly challenging during mass calling when we need to quickly add or update account-level information. Would it be possible for the Product team to adjust these settings? Many thanks,Lana
In the past 30 days we’ve had about 171 incomplete Zoom Recordings. I’ve surfaced this 2X in Salesloft office hours but with no resolve to our issues and am curious if other admins have found tips to prevent issues. From what I can see, Zoom settings are enabled, Calendar syncs are on, Video Conferencing is on, but we are still seeing incomplete calls.
