I’m new to the world of APIs, so please excuse any incorrect terms or beginner-level nonsense.I’m accessing the SalesLoft API to extract my organization’s data on a regular cadence, and ran into the following issue. The way I currently have my python script set up, I first call the activity_histories endpoint to get a list of activities with my desired types and time range. Then I pull the user guids (direct), call or email id (from static data), and person ids and/or account ids (based on resource type and resource id). For each person id, I call the /people endpoint to get the associated account (in case it isn’t in activity_histories for some reason). For each account id, I call the /accounts endpoint; for each call id I run through the /calls endpoint to get sentiment and disposition; for each user id I run through the /users endpoint to get user names etc. I call the /successes endpoint to get the person ids associated with all the successes for the date range I’m looking at. Hi all,I’m not new to SalesLoft, but I am newer to this community. I just wanted to say how grateful I am for the communication from SalesLoft over the past week and a half regarding the security concerns with Drift. While no one enjoys receiving that kind of news initially, I’ve felt incredibly supported by their team, including direct outreach from our AEs.We’re currently working to restore full functionality—syncing, person records, activities, etc.—and I’m posting here to seek insights from other SalesLoft admins. If you have any tips or best practices for auditing data to close potential gaps, or examples of how you're communicating updates to your sales teams and leadership, I’d love to hear them.Thank you in advance—and thank you, SalesLoft, for your transparency throughout this process!
How do managers/admins quickly view their teams daily workload or have visibility into the teams' rhythm activity? Our manager is looking for a way to have visibility into her teams' daily outreach activity. In our current system we have a way to view this but have not been able to find a way to view daily outreach activity without 'acting on behalf' of a user and looking at individual rhythms. We learned that SL does not have a direct feature to view what is specifically due for users in terms of daily outreach activity but that there is a “scheduled actions” report in Coaching and I will check this out. We would love to learn how other managers and leads are reviewing daily outreach activity for teams. This is useful for several reasons and one is understanding how available or not team members are based on daily outreach activity workload.
Anyone know why I cannot use a Salesforce dedicated “Integration User” license for the Salesloft → Salesforce Integration?Salesloft is adamant about giving up a Salesforce User License
Has anyone ever set up an Email Cadence, but i need the subject line of each email sent to be different and not show up in the recipient’s email as RE:
"What are the risks on this deal?"My RVP asked that exact question — not to our team, but to our AI agent inside Salesloft “Ask Salesloft”.In seconds, she had a list:* MEDDPICC gaps* Champion isn’t the budget owner* Low engagement from the economic buyer10 seconds. Not an hour scrubbing through emails and call recordings. Not relying on gut feel. Just a clear, AI-driven snapshot of what could make the deal fall apart. This shift — from reactive to proactive — is a game-changer. Not just for reps, but for leaders who need clarity across dozens of deals. You can’t coach what you can’t see. But now, the signals are surfaced for us.Deal strats should no longer be rep story time.👀 If you’re leading a team and curious how this kind of insight changes deal momentum, let me know in the comments!
Hey Champions, I’m Cosmo Barran, a Senior Commercial Account Executive here at Salesloft. As a rep in Salesloft all day, everyday I wanted to share a recent win I had with the Ask Salesloft Agent: It helped me close a deal that could have easily slipped away This week instead of digging through Conversations to identify risks on an open opp, I took 10 seconds to ask the Ask Salesloft agent,“What are the risks on this deal?”Financial needs and internal budget process. Boom.⏰ 10 seconds for what could have taken me at least an hour to identify. In just seconds, signals across our platform (everything from website views, cues in our conversations, etc.) are pulled together to tell me what could make this sink.So instead of waiting for him to bring it up (or worse, letting it stall the deal), I came to our next meeting with…Flexible financial options Examples of how we’ve navigated similar situationsDon’t wait for doubts to derail your deals.Embrace the right tools that surface the concer
Hey Champions! Bethany Emsick here from Salesloft! 💚📢 One week into my new role as an Account Executive, and what a fun shift it's been! The biggest change has been my operating mode, switching gears from a Sales Engineer asking "what do you need me to do?" to an Account Executive declaring "what am I going to do?".Stepping into this, I felt that exciting mix of enthusiasm and overwhelm. But I also felt confident, knowing I had a platform like Salesloft to help me cut through the noise and guide my way, saving hours of work.My first move with new accounts? Straight to Salesloft's Account Research Agent. 🔎 This AI-powered assistant instantly summarized past engagement and key account details, completing in minutes what would have historically taken me hours. It's like having a personal research analyst! It's truly rewarding to use the same powerful solution we bring to our customers every day. I’m curious to know your thoughts and experience with the Account Research Agent! How have y
Hey Champions, Carmen Lanford here, Majors Account Executive at Salesloft 👋🏼 A few weeks ago I spent a few minutes demo-ing two of the AI Agents that are saving me 5hrs/week minimum. That's 5 more hours I can be helping customers, progressing deals, and spending my time doing what I'm supposed to be doing - selling. Here's how:1. Rhythm Account Prioritization - intelligently prioritizes not just tasks but ACCOUNTS I should focus on right now for best chances of conversion. AI uses various signals to prioritize, score, and recommend actions without me having to think about it or worse, guess.2. Account Research - all those hours I used to spend combing the web, reading articles, listening to podcasts, scanning earnings reports, reading notes, etc etc. just to get a few snippets to use in my communications are a thing of the past. The Account Research agent instantly serves up everything I need to know about an account, what's important, who to target, all on one page. Fed by external

Hey Champions! Savannah Warbington here, Customer Success Architect at Salesloft! 👋🏼I want to talk about a common topic I hear: how to use automation rules to move people between cadences. This is a powerful way to boost efficiency and personalize your outreach in Salesloft and can save you time while also ensuring the right message reaches the right person at the right time.Let’s dive in! Why Automate Cadence Transitions?Save time: No more manual moving! Automation handles it for you. ⏱️ Personalize the journey: Move prospects to different cadences based on their behavior or stage. 🎯 Improve engagement: Keep your messaging relevant and timely. ✉️ Streamline workflows: Create smoother transitions between different stages of your sales process. ⚙️How to Do ItWhile the exact steps can vary a bit, here's the general process:Navigate to Automation Rules: In Salesloft, go to Settings, then Automation Rules. Create a New Rule: Click "Create New Rule". Define the Trigger: What action shoul

But what if Salesloft could take the lead, proactively pushing your deals forward? Here's what we explored:Getting Opportunities In: Are you leveraging the seamless CRM integration to bring your opportunities directly into Salesloft? It's the foundation for everything else! Automation Rules: Your Real-Time Ally: Imagine automatically triggering cadences or Slack notifications based on opportunity stage changes. How are you using these to streamline your team's actions? Scheduled Imports: Unlocking Hidden Potential: Are you tapping into Salesforce reports to automate outreach? This feature can be a game-changer for referrals and cross-selling! Stalled Deals Play: A Wake-Up Call for Your Pipeline: For Salesfo
Can everyone in this community please put in a feature request to allow for phone numbers to be allocated at the time of creating a user? Right now, you have to invite a user, wait for them to accept, and then go into the dialer, find their name, and provision the phone number. It’s a very annoying process that wastes time.It would be much better if on the user creation screen if there was a dropdown to select which phone number to give them and that’s provisioned once they officially create their account.
Hey Champions! Turner Green, Salesloft Enterprise Account Executive, here! 👋🏼 I wanted to share a quick win I recently had with both our 🔍Account Research Agent and ✏️ AI Cadence Email Step Agent. A few weeks ago 6sense tossed a high-intent 6QA lead into Salesloft. In seconds, the AI Research Agent drafted a cold email for me, highlighting a key financial insight I would've spent ages digging for. Later that day, Salesloft then flagged high activity on the account’s receiving end (the email had been opened 13 times 👀), so I took a screenshot of the email analytics and sent it again through another email outreach. That led to me getting the meeting booked. Talk about less time researching, more time selling! I’m curious, have you tried using the Account Research Agent yet? Let me know of any wins you’ve seen yourself!
Hi everyone,At my organization, we have a weekly KPI for our BDRs to add 5–10 net new accounts into sequence per AE. By net new, I mean accounts that aren’t currently active in any other sequence—essentially, fresh accounts being introduced into outbound efforts each week. We’re having a hard time figuring out how to track this in Salesloft. I’m aware of the “People Added” metric, which is great for tracking contacts, but I’m looking for the equivalent on the account level. The “Accounts Engaged” metric doesn’t quite help here, as it includes any accounts with activity, including those where BDRs are just following up with the sequence steps. We specifically want to measure whether BDRs are consistently replenishing their outreach pipeline with new targets. This feels like a pretty fundamental KPI. Am I missing something obvious? Or has anyone figured out a good workaround? Thanks in advance!
We are looking for a report that can be scheduled on a weekly basis:The report only returns data for records marked as Do not contact for the current weekThe report should be scheduled If possible the report should have date and time stamp of when the person was marked as “Do not contact” Currently the export option does not allow one to filter to date and time stamp of when record was set to Do Not Contact and one has to export all the data every time.I think we need to go the API route but will need some help to achieve this.Hoping the team here can help.Regards,Vibha Bhatia
Please can someone remind me as to how do we Join the Champion Hub hour at 11 am EST, is there a link that gets sent each week ? Thank you.Regards,Vibha
Hey there, I’m looking to see if there’s any way to access and export the sales calls and recordings outside of Conversations Insights. While there are some insights available in Conversations Insights, I’m looking for more specific trends, specifically, frequently asked questions. I’m guessing it’s not possible within Salesloft, but would love to be able to export, upload to my own LLM and then extract FAQs, recurring topics, etc. Has anyone had success in something like this?
Hey Salesloft Community, Savannah Warbington here, Customer Success Architect here at Salesloft! 👋🏼Are you looking to make your Salesloft even smarter and more proactive? Third-Party Integration Plays are your secret weapon! These powerful Plays allow you to trigger actions in Salesloft based on signals from other tools in your tech stack, creating a seamless and highly efficient sales workflow. What are Third-Party Integration Plays? Essentially, these Plays use data from your external applications (like intent platforms, e-signature tools, or even your CRM) to automatically create tasks or actions within Salesloft. This means your reps get real-time, relevant prompts to engage with prospects and customers at precisely the right moment. How to Enable Them (for Salesloft Admins):Ensure the Third-Party App is Integrated: Before you can create a Play, the specific third-party application needs to be integrated and authorized with Salesloft. This often involves connecting the two plat
Hi - my org’s SDRs currently work on Contacts owned by Sales Associates. We use Salesforce.I have Automatic Step Reassignment (Team Cadences) as well as Automatic Task Reassignment toggled on within the Data > Cadences and Tasks section. I wish to leave these two items active should an SDR leave the organization since Leads are reassigned to other SDRs.Does anyone have any creative solutions to suppress task and cadence step reassignment when a contact is added to Salesloft for the first time or the contact ownership is changed in Salesforce? This issue arose when we rolled out a Contact recycle campaign for SDRs. Thanks!
Hello Salesloft community members,I’ve been exploring SalesLoft as a potential sales engagement platform, and while the features look impressive on paper, I’d love to hear real-world experiences from those actively using it.Key Questions for the Community:Daily Usability:How intuitive is the interface for your sales team? Any steep learning curves?Does the cadence automation actually save time compared to manual outreach?Impact on Results:What measurable improvements have you seen in response rates or pipeline growth?Any surprising limitations in reporting/analytics?Integration & Workflow:How well does it play with your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) in practice?Any clever hacks to maximize efficiency?Pricing vs. Value:For the cost, would you say it’s a ‘must-have’ or ‘nice-to-have’ for SMBs vs. enterprises? My Initial Take:Testing showed strong email sequencing, but I’m curious about long-term deliverability. The ‘Phone & Video’ tools seem promising—do they work as seamlessly a
Hey Salesloft Champions! 👋Sabrina Boyd here, a Customer Success Manager at Salesloft, and I'm personally using Meeting Agents every single day! It makes my life as a CSM so much easier, and I promise you, it's a super helpful tool for anyone who talks to customers and for all our amazing sellers. 🤩 This great tool is available right now, and it's helping so many of you achieve incredible efficiency and impact in your daily interactions. We all know the struggle: back-to-back Zoom calls, promising follow-ups, then trying to remember everything at the end of the day. Meeting Agents changes all that! Here's why our customers (and I!) are absolutely loving Meeting Agents because it helps us reach our Goal of being fully present, truly understanding what our prospects need, and focusing on bringing maximum value to our customers and closing deals:What makes it tough (Challenges):Forgetting call details after many calls. Having to write too many notes and not being able to truly listen. Wast
Any suggestions on the idea to set Preference for which phone number to use in dialer? Eg we have mobile as preference but we need to switch every time. Yes we can map our numbers differently but will have confusing naming conventions in the system.
Hi all,I have tried this a few times without success so thought I would ask the community.Has anyone had success pushing Conversation Intelligence data to Salesforce? It is pretty useless for us right now given that the information is locked into Salesloft and I cannot push it to an activity record. They just updated the API documentation (Fetch an extensive conversation | Salesloft API) allowing us to fetch basically any data we want from conversations but it is somewhat useless since I cannot pass a conversation ID along to an event. I was hoping to use Clay to create some systematic actions based on transcript content but I am at a loss on how I could do that without manually exporting conversation IDs every so often and then somehow manually linking them to their respective accounts, opportunities, etc.
Hey Champions!Ambar Estevez, Senior CSM here at Salesloft 💚I’m excited to share some insights on a game-changing Salesloft feature: the Account Research Agent. As a Salesloft expert, I’m always looking for ways to boost efficiency and drive better results for sales teams. This new tool is a total game-changer, and here are some things I love about it:Saves Time: Sales reps can save hours they used to spend on researching accounts. The Account Research Agent develops robust account briefs on demand. Improves Productivity: Teams can focus on high-value activities and increase productivity in pipeline generation and progression. Enhances Personalization: AI emails can reference account research to personalize each engagement. Provides Actionable Insights: The Account Research Agent doesn't just provide data; it suggests multiple sales angles and talking points. Streamlines Workflow: By integrating research directly into the prospecting workflow, Salesloft eliminates the need for reps to
