Discuss and ask questions about the Clari platform

Hi I currently have a spread sheet that represents my gap to goal (quota)Is there a way I can build a custom dashboard to replace this spreadsheet? I have three categories: Commit, Strong BC and BC with a third table for “pipeline deals”Within these tables are: Account name, FCST status, TYPE of Deal, ACV, TCV and notes and comments Below all this I of course have a final table: Rep Quota for the QTR, Totals for Strong BC, BC and Commit, along with a percentage of forecast. I assume if each rep has this a manager can see a roll up of all the numbers into an easily readable format I have browsed up and down and can not find an easy to follow guide on how to build something like this.
I a new to Clari and want to ask this question before I make it an idea. I love being able to star opportunities so that I can see the path to my number, but is it possibly to filter out those opps from my view (since I am already all over them), and see what opps are remaining to determine if I need additional pipeline, or need to adjust things, etc.? Thanks for any insight.Jenny

Align is very intuitive. The easiest way to learn it is just to play around with an example workspace. Saying that, here’s a high level overview Align has 5 main sectionsOverview Plan Teams Library Calls (optional) Overview - make your business caseHere’s where you make your business case so senior decision makers can get up to speed fast.Share Rep contact info Capture business objectives to validate the problem and your proposed solution (these can sync back to Salesforce) Summarize next steps at a high level Curate key files or meeting recordings that you want to highlight -----------------------------------Plan -- make Mutual Action PlanOnce you’ve made your business case, the buyer is going to want to know how to get all that value. The Plan tab holds all your milestones, which in turn track the actions required to accomplish the milestone. You can invite buyers or other sellers to milestones, you can comment, update status. You add milestones via Templates or add a new one f
The best sellers are as transparent as possible, but even the most open rep doesn’t want to share everything. Align makes it easy to collaborate, but also keep some stuff private. Email InvitesYou can send an automated email invite to your buyers and Align will notify a buyer if they’re @mentioned in a milestone. They will NEVER get any MAP-status emails and there are NO passwords, just magic links. They’ll get your email, then when they click the link, they’ll be prompted one-time only to confirm their email (this is our spambot test). Once they’re in, they’ll see exactly what you as a seller sees when you’re in Presentation Mode.Remember -- best practice is when you first share the workspace, to do it while you’re on a call so you can make sure they get in ok and then you can give them a quick tour of the assets you’ve shared. Private Milestones & Presentation ModeIf you want to see exactly what the customer sees, just turn on Presentation mode. What gets hidden / what Buyers ne
Selling is all about the customer. And so is Align. The first question to answer is “what’s in it for the customer”. If you can answer this question, then you’ll know when to introduce the concept of more structured collaboration When to intro Align Buyers want different things at different times. Use Align to anticipate those needs and deliver an unstoppable buying process. During Discovery Remember that you can create a collaboration workspace without a MAP. Early in Discovery you probably don’t know enough to drop a detailed plan on your prospect, so focus on value and your business case.Use Align’s Mutual Business Objectives to validate your customer’s business priorities and how you can help. Pull them up in a screenshare and say “did I hear you right?” If they say no, that’s great! “Sorry I misunderstood. Tell me what I got wrong!” Use Align’s Content Library to share case studies, NDA, or other assets you want to share. Link to your content store or just upload assets

OK, maybe not zero prep, but Align does dramatically reduce the number of times you’re prepping on a Sunday night trying to remember all the promises you made to customers last week Align’s role in inspection -- Clari customers Align integrates directly into Clari’s Insights Panel on the Opportunity Inspector. Assuming your Org has enabled MAP Status in CRM, you can filter your opportunities or build out dashboards by “On Track”, “Late” or “No MAP”.This will help managers spot risk faster, especially on critical deals. HI @Ariadne Smith,Good day. Currently, we categorize pipeline to “closed”, “Forecast call”, “Upside”,and “Value Unassigned”. During the forecast call with sales leaders, we go through the category one by one by clicking the “Closed”, “Forecast call”, “Upside” on the left panel to talk through the deals with each category, but there is no “Value unassigned” category on the left panel. so we click “Pipeline Coverage” to review “Value Unassigned” Category. but it’s a aggregated view of all categories. it’s difficult to scan through all the “Value unassigned” deals.Ask Option 1: Add filter “Value Unassigned” to panel on the left Option 2: Add filter “Value Unassigned” to on the top of pipeline coverage. Please see the screenshot pasted below. Thank you very much!Bobby
How have you set up salesforce to allow for one account owner but multiple opportunities? For example, we have a customer success manager who has a handful of account execs working on their accounts. We are having issues keeping the heirarchy and also giving the correct permissions in salesforce.
We have a manager who is responsible for two segments, which we have split out in Clari for forecasting purposes. He is able to switch between the two users in the Forecast module. However, when he goes to the Opportunities module, there is no way for him to switch between the two users. Could you add the same multiple user functionality available in the Forecast module to the Opportunities module? Thank you!
Hi there! Is there a way for a Clari admin to login as (impersonate a user)? I would like to be able to log in as one of my AE managers and set up some personal dashboards and troubleshoot but am not sure if this is entirely possible.
Clari supports both the Salesforce Role Hierarchy and Territory Management. In fact, Clari relies on your Role Hierarchy or Territory Management in Salesforce to ensure that each user sees what they expect to see when they log into their Clari account. The Role Hierarchy is the standard hierarchy in Salesforce, while the Territory Management has to be enabled in Salesforce There are benefits and drawbacks to the Role Hierarchy and Territory Management. I’m not an expert, but I can certainly speak to some of them as they relate to Clari. In this topic, I’m going to focus on how you can address a specific challenge as it relates to the Role Hierarchy. Role Hierarchy: Benefits and Drawbacks The Role Hierarchy allows you to be extremely straightforward in that each opportunity is owned by one rep. It’s really easy for reps to run queries for the opportunities that they own, and it’s easy for managers to run queries for the opportunities that their reps own.All users are assigned to one Ro

What do you do to clear your head and relax in your day to day? Clari’s Digital Success team was chatting about this today. Whether you take the dog out for a walk every few hours to get some fresh air and get your blood circulating, or use a meditation app to practice belly breathing, or even practice intermittent fasting (with doctor approval to feel more focused, we all agreed it’s critical to take care of yourself throughout the day. So how do you relax and reset? My personal go-to is a quick walk around the block while I listen to my favorite playlist (feat. plenty of Taylor Swift!). Hello, I have a suggestion for how we can view the Adjustments when we adjust the numbers for our reps. I like how the reps forecasts automatically add up and so that I can see the total that my team is calling, but i think it would be really useful if it would show both numbers side by side when I do an adjustment. this would allow me to see what they are calling to me side by side with how I am adjusting that up or down. Thanks!

As an Account admin on any product you always are keen to ensure that the configurations are done the right way, just so that your users have a seamless experience while trying to use the product. When it comes to Copilot an important step of consideration for an admin would be about how they would like their users to login to the product and the roles that they need to be assigned. Let’s spend some time discussing first about how users can login to the product. An Admin could choose to either take the route of...Manually adding each user and then expecting the users to login into Copilot using an email & password If the company happens to use a SSO provider, the users can leverage this option to seamlessly login into the product, just like they would do with other products as long as Copilot is assigned to them on their list of apps in the providerOption 1 is pretty straightforward and the account admin can go about configuring this by following these steps. However, option 2 woul
