How have you set up Salesforce Hierarchy/Permissions for multiple opportunity owners on same account?

How have you set up salesforce to allow for one account owner but multiple opportunities?  For example, we have a customer success manager who has a handful of account execs working on their accounts.  We are having issues keeping the heirarchy and also giving the correct permissions in salesforce.

Hi, Jackie! To clarify, you have the CSM as the Account Owner, but potentially multiple different Account Execs working on open opportunities on that account? Are you having trouble giving the Account Execs and the CSM the visibility that you want into each of these deals?
