Hello -I have anaylst using Copilot and since they are not recording users, there is not a great way to track usage and frequency of them reviewing calls and gametapes. Is there a way to report on this? From PMM SVP: I'd like to establish a KPI for my team to ensure we're regularly listening to calls/game tapes. Can you share what tracking is available so I an set a measurable KPI?I want to know how I can accomplish this for my SVP, and I am hoping it is something as Clari Admin I can run on my own without having to request it from Support. Please advise!
I am working with the Renewals team, and the Renewals leadership would like to explore whether the Top Deals widget can be customized for Renewals dashboards. Specifically, they are interested in determining whether certain columns can be renamed or mapped to renewal-specific fields, such as active contract end date, churn type, and similar attributes. Additionally, they would like to confirm whether it is possible to adjust the display order of the Name field within the widget. Currently, the widget displays the Renewals Opportunity name with the Account Name shown beneath it; the preference would be to evaluate whether this order can be modified.
Hi everyone! We recently launch Copilot and as part of that, we turned on the integration to Gainsight. The challenge we are having is that Copilot will only update Gainsight when at least one internal attendee on the recorded call in Copilot has either a “Full” or “Internal_Collaborator” license in Gainsight. Many of our users have “Viewer_Analytics” licenses in Gainsight and unfortunately, their calls are not being added to Gainsight. I’d love to hear any ways that you have been able to work around this. Thanks!
Will you support the ability to add other Salesforce objects to the Source Object dropdown within Clari Core Field Config? We need to access the Contract Shell that is part of the ServiceContract object so we can gather insights from that object. The reason why we cannot reference the Service Contract from an account reference is because there is a one to many relationship (sort of like the Opportunity Object). We would need the ServiceContract to be its own object (or Mode).
Say that you’re looking to make some changes and edits for your Clari Forecasting Tab. It all seems like it would be a straightforward task…until you see this: You could be thinking: “What is this? I’m not a coder! 💀” Well, here’s some good news for you! The filter changes are not as intimidating as you would think – and here’s a quick write up guide to help you walk through how to make those forecasting changes so you can take control of your forecasting process here in Clari! Why don’t we first go into your Clari Studios & Forecast Configuration module. Say we need to add a new filter, say “Amount is not greater than 0” -- all we would need to do is add an AND and we can spell out the filterset we need. Keep in mind to ensure that we are adding the correct filterset by checking the appropriate SFDC API name underneath the Display name:From here, we can determine how the field interacts with our conditions:A general rule of thumb is:Is Not - Field is NOT one conditionIs - Field

When you edit a Template from the Templates section, the update is applied immediately to any Flow step that uses that Template. This includes people who are already due on the step. Once the Flow refreshes, the Action will automatically display and use the latest version of the Template.Templates are not locked at the time a person becomes due on a step. This means you do not need to remove or re-add people to the Flow, or make any additional changes for the update to take effect. Anyone who is already due, as well as anyone who enters the step after the update, will use the same updated Template. This behavior ensures consistency across your Flow and makes it easy to refine messaging, fix errors, or make last-minute adjustments without disrupting active steps.
Hello All - Is there a way to see a list of my one off scheduled emails?
We’ve run into an issue where Clari displays all Salesforce Stage picklist values when users update the Stage field, instead of only those that apply to the opportunity’s Record Type. For example, our General Sales opportunities have a different set of stages than our Renewal opportunities. In Salesforce, this works as expected because the Sales Process functionality limits stage options by Record Type. However, this restriction isn’t reflected in Clari, so we’ve seen cases where users accidentally change a General Sales opportunity to a Renewal-only stage.Has anyone found a way to make Clari respect the stage picklist restrictions by Record Type? Ideally, we’d like to prevent users from even seeing incompatible stages in Clari, rather than creating a Salesforce validation rule just to block the save in Clari. How are you handling this in your org? Any tips or creative solutions?
Interesting Use Cases for Accounts If you are wondering at what are some of the best ways to utilize the Accounts module in Clari, well look no further! Our Accounts tab is one of the most robust and powerful tools you can use to look at customer whitespace and see how your reps are penetrating into their Accounts and creating strategic partnerships -- but where do I start? If you have these questions, this article is for you! 😁 Feel free to also consult your CSM on how to get these set up in your Clari instance. It’s not uncommon for reps to turn off email open and link tracking often due to privacy preferences, customer sensitivity, or internal guidelines. While this setting change may seem minor, it has a direct impact on how engagement is measured in Groove. Reply tracking is built into Groove’s email tracking framework, which means Groove only looks for and counts replies when email tracking is enabled. If tracking is turned off, Groove does not associate inbound responses with outbound emails, even when prospects reply as expected. As a result, reply rates across Groove Analytics, inbox engagement counters, and outbound email activity records will show as zero. This can create confusion for managers and reps who see active conversations in their inbox but no corresponding engagement reflected in reports. Inbound replies may still be logged to Salesforce through Background Email Sync or manual logging methods, but these entries function solely as activity records and do not contribute to Gr
When it comes to tracking emails and meetings in Salesforce, many often wonder whether CRM Sync offers anything beyond standard Salesforce activity logging and whether it replaces native tools like Lightning Sync or Einstein Activity Capture. This article explains how CRM Sync works, what sets it apart from Salesforce’s native sync options, and the recommended configuration to ensure accurate, duplication-free activity data in Salesforce. How CRM Sync WorksCRM Sync is built to automatically keep Salesforce aligned with your everyday sales activity. Instead of relying on multiple tools, it centralizes key engagement data in one place by:Synchronizing emails into Salesforce Synchronizing calendar meetings into Salesforce Automatically creating Salesforce contacts from synced interactions By combining activity logging with contact creation, CRM Sync delivers a more complete picture of customer engagement than basic Salesforce activity tracking alone.CRM Sync and Salesforce Native Tools
We have a field that shows the Status of the opportunity based on how long it has been in any particular stage. the possible results are On Track, Nearing Delay or Stalled. I wanted to know if it is possible to have conditional formatting so that the field shows a different color depending on which of the three results are shown.
Do you look at your Clari AI Projection and think “this just can’t be right!” or “Is the Clari AI Projection broken?” Well this post is exactly for you! 😄 First thing to note, before we get into the meat and potatoes, we’ll want to see the logic behind how Clari’s AI Projection makes its call in Pulse. Essentially, what we have in the pipeline and where it is at in its stage/forecast category, alongside your historic run rate will determine the projection. You may read more into the details in this KB article HERE.First thing to note would be that we would want to check your Pulse Module, and see exactly when and where the AI Projection fell off:Then we would want to overlay those same exact date ranges with the Flow Module. Please be sure to have the filtersets and scope matching what we have in the Pulse Module. In the above example, the AI Projection believes we are going to land at $69M for the Quarter when we only have $42M closed and less than $30M of Open Pipeline. The general r
Hello - I was told calls needed to be 5 minutes at least to get insights from Copilot on the Groove Dialer Calls. I am seeing calls in our instance that are longer than 5 and still have no insights or summary from Copilot. Is this a bug or do calls made in Groove just simply not align with Copilot Insights and Summary?

Overview of Clari Studio Labs If you are an Advanced Ops Admin, you can enable Guide and Revenue Cadences in Clari from Clari Studio Labs, which is where you can share and launch the rollout of cutting-edge features for your team in a more controlled environment. Clari Studio Labs gives you granular control to ensures that your team can designate exactly which users are able to access certain features at a time. This granular level of control can help with change management as you decide the best rollout strategy for your team. For example, your team might decide to start by enabling Guide and Revenue Cadences for just your operations and admin teams so that you can review what Revenue Cadences and Guide will look like to end-users. You might, then, decide to expand the rollout to one or two pilot teams as you refine your Cadences. One you feel you’re ready to expand, you might enable Guide and Cadences for the rest of your team. Enabling Guide and Revenue Cadences for Your Team T
Hi everyone,Is there a way to remove an account mode from the drop down list?We want our users only seeing Account Mode with Opp Filters.
A question that we hear quite a lot is “Why are some users stuck in ‘Invited’ status?”. Some users may appear as “Invited” under the User page in Manage My Org, even though they may have partially completed onboarding or begun using certain Groove features. This FAQ article explains what this status means, why it happens, and how to resolve it. Q: What “Invited” status meansA user remains in “Invited” status when they have accepted their invite but haven’t fully completed all onboarding steps required to be moved to “Active.”Because Groove syncs user activation with completion of specific setup tasks, a user can technically use parts of the platform but still appear as “Invited” if they missed a final step. Q: What are the required steps to become “Active”For a user to transition from Invited ➜ Active, all of the following conditions must be met:They have successfully signed into the Groove web app. They have installed and signed into the Groove Chrome extension. Clari at its core is Opportunity-centric in its function - but what do we do when we want to Forecast and run our revenue platform on Splits Mode? 🎉 The good news is that Clari does support the Split Mode Functionality! 🎉 However, there are some caveats that we will want to cover to ensure that we are not double counting and we are rolling up accurate numbers while leveraging the Split Mode functionality. This guide will cover the basic rudiments necessary to get this mode up and running properly in YOUR Clari platform! — In Clari Studio’s Field Configuration, go to ‘Create New Mode’ and under ‘Standard Mode’ select ‘Splits.’The first part of creating a mode will be to have a User Role field. If we are going off of the Out of the Box Splits object in SFDC (which is our recommendation), we can go off the field – opportunitysplit.owner as our main User Role field. The second part we will need is an amount field. We highly recommend leveraging the Out of the Box Split amount field, whic

Have you ever sent an email with multiple links and found yourself playing a guessing game? You see a notification that your recipient clicked, but which link got all the love? The one to your awesome product demo or the one to that super-niche blog post?Don't worry, you are not alone! It is a question we get a lot in our Clari Community and we're here to demystify it for you. While the high-level engagement data (like "clicks") is automatically captured and show up in your activity feed, figuring out which link caught their attention requires a little bit of detective work. Here's the secret sauce:The magic happens in your Clari Groove extension's Notification Hub!When you get that "link clicked" notification, all you have to do is hover over it. A pop-up will appear, revealing exactly which link your recipient clicked. It's a quick, easy, and super satisfying way to get the full picture of their engagement. We’d like to set up Slipped Deal Tracking in Salesforce, where we’d require a Slipped Deal Reason to be entered if the Close Date is pushed to a future quarter. Our team started thinking about designing this as a validation rule in Salesforce (as Clari recommends here), but it doesn’t seem straightforward.Would anyone be willing to share exactly HOW you’ve accomplished this in a Salesforce validation rule? Our team would like to see a real-life example of:How to determine “pushed to a future quarter” in a Salesforce formula, and How to require re-entry of the reason if it’s already been entered before. (A required-field validation would not trigger an error condition if the field had been entered before.)
Have you ever looked at your top performing reps and wondered what they're doing differently on their calls? What is their secret? Is there a difference in how they engage with customers that helps them win more deals? Or which reps excel at asking those thoughtful, open-ended questions that uncover true pain points?🤔 If these questions sound familiar, the Team Insights Dashboard is the perfect place to find your answers. It's a powerful tool that helps you move beyond gut feelings and use objective data to understand what great conversations look like within your organization. Clari Groove provides a powerful integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator through its Omnibar interface, allowing users to view and engage with LinkedIn prospect data directly from their inbox, calendar, Salesforce, and Groove web app. This integration simplifies prospecting and delivers meaningful insights for sales and customer success teams. However, if your organization does not use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, the LinkedIn tab can be easily disabled. The good news is that you don’t need to raise a support case for this. Admins can easily disable the LinkedIn Sales Navigator tab directly from the Groove Custom Settings in Salesforce.
