Unable to sort by "next step" in opportunity mode

Is this because its linked to SFFDC? Or am I missing something? 

 

As you can see there is no blue toggle arrow on the next step column. 

 

And guidance is appreciated. Thx

    Hi there, ​@Daniel Taibleson! Sorting by open text fields like Next Step is not supported today. However, you can submit an idea to share your feedback directly with our product team! They’ll take your feedback into consideration for our future roadmap, and sharing your idea in the community has the added feedback of allowing me to give you visibility into the status of your idea when I get updates from the product team!
