Setting Up New Forecasting Manager

I have a new manager who is replacing an old one. I set up her role in Salesforce and she is showing up correctly in Clari, but I can’t seem to get her team to move from the old manager to her. How do I move the people?

Are the employees rolling up to the manager in all Clari modules but Forecasting? Do you have more than one Forecasting tab? I have a few Forecasting tabs so have to make sure I select all that apply when setting up Forecasting. Forecasting tabs are selected after you select the Forecasting role.

Hi @dinavarshavsky ! Couple of things to check: 1) Make sure the new manager has the correct Clari Role. Likely the ‘Manager’ role. That will make sure the right filters are applied in Forecasting so the new manager sees the deals owned by the reps that report to them. 2) Make sure the new manager is set up as a ‘Forecast Manager’ vs. an ‘Individual Contributor’. Both of those settings can be managed in User Management.

Thanks @JessicaStarr! Both of those settings are done but I still can’t get the new team to roll up to her. I feel like I’m missing something very obvious.

Thanks all! It looks like for some reason when I removed the old manager from forecasting it didn’t save, so we had to go back in and do it again, and that seemed to have worked.
