What does the error “java.util.ConcurrentModificationException” mean when uploading a quota csv file?

There was a help article I found when searching this error in the knowledge base but when I clicked on it it said the page didn’t exist: https://clari.my.site.com/customer/s/article/CSV-Quota-upload-failing
