Making Changes to Amount Fields

Hi Community! How does changing an ‘Amount Field’ impact Clari?

For example - If we are using the TCV or Deal Size as the mapped field but want to change it to ACV, what will changing that impact across the board?

    Within your opportunities view, changing the rollup field from TCV or Deal Size to ACV will aggregate the opportunities within the view on that new field -- ACV. The total pill would display the total ACV across all opportunities in the view.

      Thank you, @paytonmiller! If that ‘Amount Field’ is changed, will that also have an impact on my other modules? Is Amount Field something that I can change?

      @Ash_Jordan great questions. It will only impact the current Opportunity view you are in when the change is made. Only if you choose to save (overwrite) the existing view will the new amount field persist the next time you open the Clari app. 

      To change this field, go to Edit View > Amount > select field > Show {x} deals
