How can i change CLARI ID?

hi,

the user “Allen Hammock” have his clari ID different then what it should be.

i want to change it to that ID - “Allen.Hammock@skai.io”
how can i do that?

    Clari IDs can only be changed by our support team. If you would like to change the Clari ID for this user, please open a case with our support team and/or reach out to your system admin of Clari who can do so if you are not able.
