In less than 10 minutes, we’ll clarify the difference between the Groove Outlook add-in and the Groove Chrome extension (you can use both!). You’ll learn how the new and improved Groove Extension for Microsoft 365 users allows you to access Salesforce data, Groove Flows, Activity, notifications, and more right in your Google Chrome browser. Finally, you’ll see how you can use the extension to review existing communications, and manage future communications with your prospects and customers where you already work.
