Filter opportunities by Primary Reseller

Hello team, we’ve been trying unsuccesfully to apply a filter by Primary Reseller to a set of oppties managed by a Partner Manager. We tried using the options Primary Reseller/Primary Reseller Location/Primary Reseller Location Name but got no results. Any ideas on why this is not working?
