How can I delete a contact from Groove without having to remove them from Salesforce?

    Hi @lbaker, at this time removing a contact through Groove requires submitting a support ticket to one of our technical support engineers through our Clari support portal.

    Happy to help and find the right answer for you. Can you clarify if you’re trying to remove a contact from a flow or just a contact in general? If it’s for the former, you can follow these instructions here.

    Hey @jparawan - trying to remove a contact in general. We do not want the contact to be showing in the People section. Thanks for the help!

    Hi @lbaker ,

    Thanks for clarifying. You can remove a contact from Groove so they don’t appear in the people page, however, it is not recommended as that action will delete all activity for them.
