Hello Clari Community! We are excited to announce the release of the Context Widget - a new dashboard widget to help provide guidance in your Dashboards. 💡 Why did we build the Context widget? Many dashboard users, especially those outside of admin or RevOps teams, may not be familiar with all the widgets or know how to use the data to drive specific outcomes. This often leads to admins having to repeatedly explain how to use the data and what actions to take. ✅ How can this new widget help? The context widget solves this by allowing you to add guidance directly into the dashboard. This helps users understand how to leverage the data, prepare for important conversations like forecast calls or pipeline reviews, and get everyone on the same page faster. For example, a waterfall summary is a very useful widget that shows how a pipeline has moved, but for a less-familiar user, it may be unclear how to use this data. But with a context widget providing guidance, sales teams can show up to a c
Are you ready to bring structure and scalability to your sales team's rhythm? Say hello to Revenue Cadences 🚀Every sales organization has a cadence, whether it's a weekly forecast call or a quarterly business review. But too often, these processes are unstructured and hard to enforce. Revenue Cadences gives RevOps and admins the power to build and manage these essential workflows directly within Clari. Here's how it works: Revenue Objectives: Start by defining your high-level goals. What are you aiming for this quarter? Revenue Cadences helps you design a plan to get there. 🎯 Revenue Cadences: Create a repeatable program to achieve your objectives. This could be anything from a "New Logo" to a "Retention" cadence. 🗺️ Moments: Break down your cadence into individual activities. These are the key meetings and inspections—like a "Slipped Deals Review" or a "Quarterly Pipeline Plan"—that happen at specific times throughout the quarter. 🗓️ With Revenue Cadences, you can deliver the r

If you're using both Groove and Copilot in your sales stack, you might be wondering about the best approach for syncing activities to Salesforce. This guide will help you understand how each system handles writeback, the different configuration scenarios, and how to choose the optimal setup for your organization.📝 Understanding Activity Logging: Groove vs CopilotBefore diving into integration scenarios, let's understand what each system captures and how it stores data in Salesforce. What Groove Logs to SalesforceActivities Covered:Scheduled calendar events and meetings Email interactions Dialer callsHow it's stored:Calendar events/meetings: Written as Event objects in Salesforce Emails & Dialer calls: Written as Task objects in SalesforceKey Strengths:Advanced, configurable matching logic that admins can customize Manual matching capabilities through the Omnibar for improved accuracyWhat Copilot Logs to SalesforceActivities Covered:Call recordings with direct access links to the re
How are you tracking “Path to Upside” deals in Clari without a dedicated “Path to” checkbox in SFDC?Our HQ team decided not to create a Path to Upside checkbox in SFDC but we do have a Path to Commit and Path to Most Likely checkbox. At the regional level, we still want to identify and track these upside deals for weekly reviews. We’re looking for lightweight workarounds—ideally something we can manage within Clari without needing a new Salesforce field.Has anyone found an effective way to do this? What’s worked well for you when system limitations prevent formal categorization? Here are a few options we’re exploring: Using the “star” feature in Clari to flag Upside deals — but starred deals are tied to the individual user experience—meaning we can’t see each other’s starred opportunities. We are also unsure if the NARR rolls up correctly or if filtering by stars works well at scale. Creating custom Opportunity Grid views based on deal stage, size, and rep input. Exploring other cre
This is a comprehensive guide for configuring the Recorder Settings within Copilot’s Workspace Settings. These settings play a crucial role in determining which meetings Copilot should automatically join and which ones it should skip. By tailoring these configurations, organisations can ensure that Copilot captures only the most relevant conversations, aligning with internal privacy policies and team-specific preferences. CONFIGURE AUTO RECORDING Admins can configure which meetings Clari Copilot should automatically join and record. The goal is to capture important external conversations while avoiding internal or sensitive discussions that don’t need to be recorded. In Workspace Settings → Recorder Settings, under “Which video conference meetings should Clari Copilot join?”, admins can choose from the following options: 1. All meetings with external participantsClari Copilot will join any meeting that includes at least one external attendee—regardless of who the host is. This is ideal
We understand it can be frustrating when Copilot doesn't record a call as expected. There are several reasons this might happen, and this document will help you understand the most common scenarios and provides clear steps to help you identify those as well: To view unrecorded calls and understand why they weren’t recorded, go to the My Calls tab and toggle on the “Show unrecorded calls” option. Clicking on any unrecorded call will show you the specific reason it wasn’t recorded. Below are some common examples you might see:This meeting was not recorded as there are no external participants. Recording rule [Meeting organiser rule] set to ignore this call. A meeting participant from your organisation requested not to record. Not meeting URL found. Most of these reasons are a result of user errors or admin-level settings configured in Copilot. To further break them down:Calendar not connected: Without syncing your calendar, it is impossible for Copilot to know about your meetings. Bot

Have you ever had a rep say, “But I want to use my cell/mobile phone to make calls”? We’ve heard this too, and we have a solution. Please ask your reps to follow the 4 steps below to route all their calls through their cell/mobile phone while still syncing them with Salesforce.Setting up your Verified Number:When first setting up your dialer with Clari Groove, you will need to add a Clari Groove number in order to make and receive calls. However, you can also add a “Verified Number”, which can be used to utilize your personal cell/mobile phone for calls. To set up your “Verified Number,” you will need to navigate to your Settings > Dialer > Verify a Number: In this selection, the user will add the number that they would like to use with the dialer. When looking at your Team Calls in Copilot, have you ever wondered if you could filter this list to only look for calls with your customers vs prospects ? Or filter out all ‘Enterprise Deal’ calls or calls with opportunities >$100K ? Or even look for calls where the CRO or an Economic Buyer was an attendee? If yes, you’ve come to the right place! See below 👇 Copilot's “Import CRM Fields” feature allows you to import CRM fields from the following CRM objects (Account, Opportunity, Contact, Lead) to be used as Call filters. The idea with having these CRM fields as filters is to help you segment your list of calls so that you are able to narrow down to the right set that needs your review or attention. For example, if you are looking to analyze all calls where the deal was lost due to missing product features or capabilities, having CRM fields such as “Deal Stage” and “Deal Lost Reason” as filters can help you filter out calls associated with related closed lost opportunities from you

If you are in the club of recording your calls and reviewing it and uncovering insights from your customer conversations and eventually smashing your quotas, hi there! 😃 And if you are someone whose call went unrecorded on Clari Copilot, I might have the solution for you so that it doesn’t happen again so keep on reading…. Do I need to invite Copilot to each of my calls? Am I missing something?Heck no! By default, Copilot automatically joins all your meetings with a video link and at least one participant from an external email domain (not the same as your team) to avoid recording internal meetings. But you can toggle the button to record internal calls too : Your Copilot admin can change the default settings inside Workspace settings to customize the recording preferences for your organization too. Top mistakes to avoid when you are a newbie on Copilot and you want all your calls to be recorded : 1.Copilot has a buffer time of 10 mins. Copilot will join the call and wait for up to 1

When using Pulse, have you found yourself wondering which breakdown option is better or would give more accurate projection? If yes, read below to learn more 👇 Well, before we get into the details of which is better, it’s important to understand why the projection is different for each breakdown. The reason is Clari’s AI projection is based off of historical conversion rates and these conversion rates vary by Stage and Forecast Category (you can leverage Clari’s Trend analytics module to understand this better- for example, try changing the breakdown from Stage to Forecast category and see how the conversation rates change) That said, the answer here really depends on your rigor or how well the forecast categories or stages are managed (CRM hygiene/discipline around these) and differs for each org. Meaning, if an org follows stages closely with strong entry and exit criteria, Stage is the one to use. Conversely, if the Forecast Category is a more commonly used field, that’s the one t

What do you do when your prospects complete a Groove flow, and you want to re-engage them depending on their level of engagement to the previous flow? It is best practice to have a more tailored approach to reaching out to warmer leads as opposed to straight cold contacts, where we can add more scalable ways to get on their radar. First off, what we would want to do is in our Groove Settings, ensure that we have Email Open Tracking enabled and you are tracking your links in your Flows. What this will allow us to do is from there – we lead them through two different flows depending on their engagement. From here, we will be able to leverage Automated Actions to differentiate where to bucket your engaged prospects vs your cold prospects:For engaged prospects: In this case, we are tracking links – if the prospect clicked on a link, we can remove them from this initial automated flow and add them into a more personalized flow where we can get more targeted in how we want to get their atten
