Hierarchy Not Mapping to SFDC Roles

One of my managers does not have their subordinates rolling up to them in the Forecast.

In SDFC, they have a Profile = Manager. And I’ve placed their SFDC insides and our SFDC Roles below.

What might be causing this? How do I fix this? Thanks!

    Hi, @Ryland King — To confirm, are all the users who report to this manager in the Customer Success Team role that roles up to the Customer Success Manager role? If not, the fix might be to ensure that the users who report to this manager are set up appropriately in Salesforce. If you’re still having any trouble after confirming that everything is as it should be in SFDC, then don’t hesitate to reach out to our Support team to take a closer look at your Forecast Module!
