Export is not working

Hi all, when I click on the “Export” option nothing happens and no message is given. How can I get my report data in excel format?

    Hi, ​@Massimo Pappalardo! When an export is done, it should appear in your notifications panel under the Exports tab.

    Got it ​@Kenna , thanks! I realize there is an error with notifications, likely a VPN connection is needed. Anyway the export is there. Thank you very much
