Introduction-Chisato Otake

Hi @Chisato Otake!

It’s great to meet you and thank you for your intro! Yoga and dance are super/ fun ways to log off and be present 😊 I’d love to connect with you to discuss our Clari Coaching program and see if this is an area you’d like to explore more!

Welcome, @Chisato Otake! Two great resources I can recommend on the subject of coaching would be our Manager Learning Path and The Evolution of a First-Line Manager. Both focus on what managers can do to up-level their teams.
