Sales teams generate a wealth of valuable insights from their daily interactions, but without the right tools, they can’t surface them (or, more importantly, act on them) effectively. Clari’s AI-powered features help sellers take action faster and smarter by providing key insights in their existing workflows. Admins have the power to unlock these capabilities and significantly boost seller productivity across your organization with just a few simple steps in Clari Studio.By enabling these AI-driven features, your reps can:Access richer email insights with minimal effort Quickly understand deal momentum and uncover risks Streamline CRM updates and follow-ups Enhance account engagement with AI-powered summaries Step 1: Enable Email Body Processing in Clari Studio To provide sellers with deeper email insights, navigate to the Integrations tab in Clari Studio and enable the features under Process Body Data:Verify that your email provider (Gmail or Outlook) is connected. If you’re reaching out to multiple people at once, you’re probably working in a Flow Step. From there, it’s really easy to review your activity history with a person or account via the Omnibar. The Activity tab in the Omnibar will show you your own activities with the person or account, as well as those of anyone else using Groove in your organization. You also have the option to filter by types of activities, or search for keywords. This can be really useful if you’re trying to identify, for example, whether or not an account is using one of your competitors, or talking about pricing. It’s really easy to navigate from the individual to the related account in the Omnibar using Related Records. You'll be able to see the entire account history, which can be particularly useful if the person you’re reaching out to is perhaps new to that account.
Our best practice recommendation to automate removing people from a Flow once a responsive is received or a meeting is booked would be to set up an automated action. Users with edit access to a Flow have the option to set up Automated Actions for an individual Flow under the Flow Settings tab under Automated Actions for individual flows. Admins can set up Global Automated Actions that apply to all your organization’s Flows under the Automated Actions section of Manage My Org. Some triggers you might use for this use case include...On Reply On Meeting Booked...and the Automated Action you want Groove to take might include:Remove from Flow Remove Everyone in this Account from the Flow More information on the various triggers and actions you can leverage in Automated Actions can be found in the guides below. Setting up Automated Actions for individual Flows Setting up Global Automated Actions Tip: Removing everyone in an account from a Flow can be a great action for SDRs who typically
You can write an email directly from the Omnibar using one-off Actions. Creating a New Action from the Omnibar is easy: Select a Email action to write either a one off email or use a Template. If your organization has opted into Groove’s GenAI features, then Groove can also generate these emails, pulling those insights directly from the web. Press the Create button to have the email added to your Groove Actions page for you to send at a later date. Alternatively, press the downward-facing arrow and choose from the below options to send the email immediately:Send – send the email right away. Mark as Complete – mark the email as having been completed and add it to your activity count in Groove Analytics without actually sending the email or logging it to Salesforce. Schedule Send – select a future date and time at which the email will send automatically. Send and Create Follow – send the email right away and create a new follow-up action in Groove for the same person. Send and Add to F
Groove Dialer is an additional license that your organization will need to provide you with in order to help you make and log phone calls from Gmail, Salesforce, and Groove Flows more easily. Groove admins can assign out any available Dialer licenses your team has through these steps. If you have a Dialer license, you can follow the steps to install Dialer here.Record calls with Omnidialer Log calls with Omnidialer Omnidialer settings
Whether or not you have permissions to create a single Flow, or a Master Flow, depends on your organization’s configuration of Groove. Some organization opt to allow individuals to create Flows to empower sellers, while others may restrict the ability to create Flows in order to ensure consistent message across the sales organization because a lot of resources are dedicated to optimizing that messaging. If you don't see the option to create a new Flow, your organization may simply restrict that ability. You can check in with your Groove Admin to be sure! Your admin can check the Flow creation permissions for your user role from the Flow Permissions section of Manage My Org, found here.
Groove Notes in the Omnibar enable you to jot down important information about your Contacts, Leads, Accounts, and Opportunities no matter where you’re working. Anything you add to the Groove Notes field is saved to the corresponding Salesforce record. By default, these notes save to the Groove Notes field, though your team may be saving them in a custom field instead. The Groove Notes field in the Omnibar mirrors exactly what is in the Groove Notes field Salesforce. You do not need to delete your previous notes where you see them in the Omnibar in order to add new or additional notes. Simply add your notes, and what you added in the Omnibar will sync to Salesforce! If you do delete your notes entirely, either from the Groove Notes tab of the Omnibar or from the Groove Notes on a Salesforce record, those notes will be deleted permanently.
You have a few different options to manage participants in your Flows in bulk. Watch the clip above, where Ellie highlights a few different ways to streamline your day when you need to send emails, remove people from your Flows, skip them to the next step in your Flow, or move them to a different Flow. To manage a step like an email send in bulk, simply go to that step in your Flow and select the option in the top right to (in this example) Send # Emails: You can also remove individuals from a Flow by simply clicking the X to the left of their name in a step (seen in the image above). To remove people from a Flow in bulk, open the Flow > People tab. You can select the checkbox beside the names of the people whom you want to remove from the Flow, and then select the Remove button at the top of the list: As you can see in the screenshot above, you can also move people to another step in the Flow, or move them to a different Flow in bulk this way.
The Outcomes tab is a great place to understand how many meetings are being booked from your Flows or Flow Step Types, and see exactly who booked these meetings by User, Account, or People. The graph at the top of the page will show you your top performing Flows or Step Types depending on which option you select. Meetings Booked, along with Positive Conversations and Opportunities Creates, would be included in the green “Successes” segment of each bar in the chart: Below the graph, you can look at your successes in more detail, sorting by Meetings Booked if that’s what’s most important to you to see at the moment: Click on a specific Flow in the chart to analyze how each step in that Flow is performing. Which steps are helping your team book meetings, generate positive sentiment, or create new opportunities? Take a look at your Successes by the steps, users, accounts, or individual people in a Flow. “Tighten your belt.” “Hiring freeze.” “Do more with less.” These phrases are all too familiar, given the state of the economy worldwide. But, of course, growth ambitions may not align with those sentiments. You might have concluded that building out your partner channel is your way to more revenue. At Clari, we Run Revenue, and partner channels are no exception. If you work with partners, adding a partner channel-centric motion into Clari can help you identify revenue leak early. When you configure Clari to enable your partner channel to call their forecast, you can use that to triangulate and achieve better revenue precision. Partner channel managers have a different viewpoint on a deal than a direct seller, so you can use their perspective to get a clearer picture of your overall forecast. Your partner channel deals may behave differently than the opportunities managed by your direct sellers. Luckily, Clari's AI engine can predict these different sales motions and will adapt to s
Do you have your New Business and/or Renewals Business setup in Clari already but wondering what are some other forecasting use cases to bring more visibility in one spot? Clari can also be utilized for pipeline generation tracking. This is powerful for both read-only visibility but it also allows you to set targets by team or even individual reps to keep them on track to meet their pipeline goals. There are so many ways to utilize this functionality but here are some key best practices to add to your Pipeline Generation Tab that we’ve seen our customers add to their own instances: Pipeline Generation Target: A Pipeline Generation Target is useful to have in regards to seeing if we are on pace to building our pipeline in order to ensure a successful current Quarter: ASPUsing the “Power of One” field in SFDC as a rollup, we can make a quick division of (Generated Pipeline / Generated Deal Count) to see the Average Sales Price. With the Groove <> Zoominfo integration, it’s super simple to add new contacts to CRM (and then to your Flows!) without interrupting your workflow. With the Omnibar open in its own window, you can easily view both LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Groove in a single pane of glass while researching prospects. (The ZoomInfo sidebar needs to be open on LinkedIn Sales Navigator in order for the Groove Omnibar to respond to the LinkedIn page you’re viewing.) Groove’s integration with Zoominfo then allows you to easily push a contact to Salesforce directly from Zoominfo. With ZoomInfo’s extension, then you can easily push a contact’s information to Salesforce, and easily reference any of those records you've created. At that point, you can drop the contact into a Flow directly without needing to navigate through several different tools to get that contact into your CRM, and the into one of your Flows. To learn more about the Groove <> Zoominfo integration and how to set it up, check out o

Do I build a dashboard? What’s the easiest way?
There are a few ways that you can put the right people into the right Flows. If you're in an Account Space, you can click into any of those accounts. Within that Account, you’ll see who you have active in Flows currently, and you can see which additional contacts you might have in Salesforce that have not been contacted. If you’re looking at your accounts and account planning, for example, you can add people who perhaps have had some engagement in the past, but that you haven’t contacted in a while — drop them into an appropriate Flow directly from your Space. To import any of the Contacts you see to a Flow, check the box to the left of their name(s), then click the 'Add to Flow' button at the top of the pop-up menu. You can also import people into your Flows from your email inbox, Salesforce, or anywhere else you can see the Omnibar. To do this, click into the Groove tab of the Omnibar, select the 'Flows' option, then click the blue '+ Add To Flow' button. (screenshot attached belo
You can create a Space using one of Groove's shortcuts or your own blank Space. Choose from one of the options shown above. Then select Opportunity or Account, add a description, and search for the members of your team(s) who you want to collaborate with. Finally, Create & Share the Space. Too add more Accounts/Opportunities to your Space later, simply click the button in the top right of your Space and search for those you wish to add. Live Space With a Live Space, you can connect your Space to a Salesforce report that will automatically import the Accounts/Opportunities in that report to your Space. Groove will also scan your Salesforce report for new records and update your Space to match. This also includes removing Accounts/Opportunities from the Space if they are no longer included in the SFDC report.Note that because a Live Space is intended to be a 1:1 match with your linked SFDC report, Accounts/Opportunities cannot be added to a Live Space manually. To enable Live Spac

Has anyone here encountered the following issue within Clari whereby changes entered into Clari, do write back to Salesforce… however don’t end up showing within Clari? The error message we have across our entire platform for the last few days is:Changes writing to CRM, but loading into Clari is delayed We have submitted a support case a day or so ago, but with limited to no traction, I wanted to see if anyone here has encountered this and what steps needed to be taken to rectify.
Is this because its linked to SFFDC? Or am I missing something? As you can see there is no blue toggle arrow on the next step column. And guidance is appreciated. Thx
We're improving your Outlook email experience by simplifying how you send tracked and logged emails. With this update, we're addressing issues like emails getting stuck in drafts or failing to send by allowing users to send emails with Outlook's native Send button. It streamlines your workflow by removing the need for a separate Send with Groove button. What’s ChangingSeamless Tracking & Logging: You’ll be able to use Outlook’s native Send button to track email opens, clicks, and replies, and automatically log emails to Salesforce. In terms of the "Amount Decreased" widget, I need to hover over the red box to see what the original value was vs the new value. Is there anyway to show both the original value and the new value so I can do an analysis on the amount and not have to hover over the field every time and write down the numbers? The same thing for the "Slipped" view where I want to see the original close date vs the new close date.I prefer the above in a view, but can this data be downloaded into a gsheet or excel?
My leadership team wants my IC team to update a template within Clari mulitple times per week and, TBH, its quite time consuming to update as I have to click back and forth and manually calculate things like # of accounts or $ amount of renewal opportunities that are marked a “tier 3 churn risk”, “tier 2 churn risk”, etc.My question is, since all of this data already exists in Salesforce, is there a way to automate pulling these specific metrics so that I don’t manually have to crunch these things multiple times per week?
Why can I only add 100 contacts in a flow to a CSV, at a time, or if adding 400 to a flow, why can i only add 1 page at a time?Would make more sense to add all of them at once, unsure if i am missing somethingAny help would be appreciated it please
