Hey all, if you need to do a forecast accuracy analysis when you have territories, I’ve modified our forecast accuracy template to run off of territories instead of users. Now, if you have a rep, manager, or leader who is responsible for more than one territory, you can see accuracy for each territory they are responsible for individually instead of just their highest level in the hierarchy.I’ve updated the formulas and the instructions in the file attached to this post. Hope this is helpful to those of you in territories!
You’re probably in full menu-planning and shopping mode by now, but hold on! We need to make sure our forecasts are solid as we close out the year. In this short video I recorded, I’ll walk you through how to inspect your commit and upside deal buckets from the Forecast Module. We want to make sure we’re across every change at this critical time of the year.
Right now, when I open a VIEW in Salesforce of a list of CONTACTS, I have no way of adding a large grouping to a FLOW. I have to repeat the view in a REPORT to add the contacts to a FLOW. The feature already exists in LEADS. Could this be an option or maybe it already exists? See the screen shot of the OPTION not showing in a Contact view within Salesforce. It would make life so much easier for my users vs. them having to duplicate a view in a report to have the contacts sent over. SALESFORCE CONTACT VIEW > No button to add a group of contacts to a flow.SALESFORCE REPORT = Has the button to add to a flow

It appears there’s a cap of 2 Waterfall (Analyze) widgets on a dashboard. It would be helpful if there were at least 4 widgets possible. Trying to create a 4 quarter view of pipeline progression evolution for CRO.
I star opportunities in a list view. Is there a way to share that view and share my stars which I used to indicate risk I have on deals, or is it not possible for other people to see my starred opportunities (meaning that I’ve starred them, not meaning sharing an opporutnity I’ve starred)
With each user having the power to create, edit and save their own Views, it’s easy to have different teams looking at slightly different data. To get around this, Clari provides you with tools to manage Saved Views and Dashboards of any kind through the Saved View Management and Dashboard Management modules in Clari Studio. The links above highlight how to take advantage of these modules. The focus of this post will be on when and why you should! The points below are applicable to both Saved View and Dashboard management. When looking to get started on where you can keep Clari clean, we suggest impersonating a handful of users at different parts of the hierarchy. From there, poke around, open up their views and get a better sense around if a little clean up would go a long way. Standardizing Clari Use the search function in the management tools to limit results to similar views that may have slightly different naming conventions Try to ensure you are consistent in naming
Is there a way to see Column Totals as full numbers instead of as a rounded number? For example, I would like to see, or at least toggle to, the full number rather than a rounded total for the column.
New Clari admin here. One of my users pointed out that he can’t click the Sort By toggle on opportunity chart widgets. The toggle is grayed out for him, but only on the Dashboard -- he is able to toggle it on the full Chart view. As admin, I’m able to click the toggle on the Dashboard widget. Is this by design?
Is there going to be any app upgrade for usage with Outlook. My team travels alot and having access with groove on their phone would be great. They are only able to connect if they are on the computer so they can’t update conversations or create new tasks in the app that is available currently.
Here is the issue I am dealing with.I am using a tool called SnapLogic to create an extract on the Forecast API. I have been able to use Postman to create these details and then fetch the data from said extract once it is completed. I am also able to fetch these details from SnapLogic using a REST GET snap. However, instead of completing the extract when started from SnapLogic, I receive the following error messages (I have truncated most of the details out of this message):"error":"REST API service endpoint returned error result: status code = 500, reason phrase = Internal Server Error""error_entity":"{"code":"SWW","namespace":"clari-common","errorId":"1e280d001cde5a56b3ff7a8227635b9f","message":"Something went wrong","userId":"117494","orgId":"1338"}"I wasn’t able to find any posts related to this error ID in Clari. Is there someone from support that could give some more clarity on this issue? Here is the basic structure of the REST POST:https://api.clari.com/v4/export/forecast/{foreca
Hey!Is it possible to get Waterfall data from the API?
What is the Role Hierarchy? The Salesforce Role Hierarchy allows you to define and manage data visibility and access for users within your organization. Based on their role, you can control who can view or edit certain records, such as accounts, leads, opportunities, and other objects. What are the Benefits of Setting Up the Role Hierarchy? Access Control: A role hierarchy allows your company to control access to data and functionality within Salesforce. You can grant each role specific permissions, which cascade down to the users in the roles beneath it. You can ensure that individuals can only access authorized data and perform authorized actions. Reporting: The role hierarchy also allows you to report based on roles. You can see how many opportunities, leads, or cases each role in the hierarchy is working. This information can help management make informed decisions about resource allocation and identify areas for improvement. Sales Management: Sales teams can use the role hierarchy
Our forecasting process is a weekly cycle… reps have a forecast call with their managers, managers with the VP, and then VPs up to the CRO. It would be useful to be able to have Clari reflect the different due dates for forecasts. For example:Rep Profile - Due FridayManager - Due MondayVP - Due TuesdayCRO - Due Wednesday
Is there currently a way to build a automation rule where a contact in the flow reaches an Action in that flow and has opted out for email OR has no email address to have the contact automatically skip that email action automatically. Right now, we are doing it manually and it’s a pain.
Hi Team. The Current export option on the forecasting tab provides a very cumbersome excel file that is difficult to navigate and pivot data on. We were hoping you could investigate the possibility of providing a more user-friendly Forecasting export where we could export by quarter (or even YTD) and see a single line for each Sales leader that includes details like Hard Commit #s, Target Bookings, Actual Bookings, etc. Basically, an export that looks similar to the Forecast tab layout.
Hi Everyone! My name is Michelle and I manage one of our Solution Consulting Teams in the Professional Services Department. You’ve got questions about Waterfall. Great! Waterfall reveals the factors that are driving changes to your pipeline total over a selected timeframe, using standard categories to help leaders easily identify the causes of pipeline changes and understand what contributed to an overall increase or decrease. The Waterfall Overview article in the Knowledge Base is a great place to start. You can orient yourself to all the information that you’re seeing in Waterfall. From there, you probably want to start using Waterfall to answer specific questions about your business, like, “What happened since our last forecast call. You can check out how Jessica Star (VP, CS @ Clari) does it super easily here. Another example of a question that you can ask Waterfall is, “What deals have slipped from this quarter?” Check out how a Director of Enterprise Sales uses Waterfall to answer that question here. So now, as you’re using Waterfall more, you might have some questions about different amounts that you
I’m just getting started with Clari University. As I work through the online courses, it would be nice to have a quick way to provide feedback about a specific lesson. For example, there’s an abbreviation I didn’t recognize in one lesson, or the audio doesn’t play in one of the Try It videos. I guess I could come to the community and post an Idea like this, but it would be easier if there were a quick feedback button right inside the course itself.
Hi there,This is a follow up from How to download all User Quotas for the year. Ive made a separate post as its been some time since the above was active I wanted to check to see if its possible to batch call more than 1 quarter for the API call below in the response body at once:/export/forecast/{forecastId} { "timePeriod": "2020_Q3", "typesToExport": [ "forecast", "forecast_updated" ], "scopeId": "1905::MGR", "currency": "USD", "schedule": "NONE", "includeHistorical": false, "exportFormat": "CSV"}Where timePeriod would take an array like "timePeriod": ["2024_Q1", "2024_Q2", "2024_Q3", "2024_Q4"]This is due to our current setup hitting the ‘export_monthly_quota_reached’.Thanks for your help.

Disclaimer : This one is exclusively for our reps and it's going to be worth its while. Copilot has been joining your calls and recording them but is that the only use-case? And the answer is “No, there’s lot more” so let’s look into those : Bookmarking -> If you are still using a notebook to document the key moments which you might refer back after the call then its about time you hear about the Bookmarking functionality of the much-talked-about Copilot Desktop app.How to add bookmarks over your call ? Here’s how : 1. Ensure that you are signed in to the desktop app before your meeting starts. 2. To add a bookmark in an ongoing call, simply click the big blue bookmark on the left. Pro-tips : You can create personalised categories for bookmarking in Personal settings. You can create your own categories from here. Hi, On the inspect opportunities part of Clari, it would be super useful to have a different filtering system. As you can see the list is not cohesive and it difficult to filter to only show the opportunities which have next step that have not been updated for more than 7 days. That would be 7 rolling days. Could you add a filter that does this kind of filtering please? ThanksJN
